- ❓So, tell me.. how do you create balance in a world of chaos? For me, it’s prioritising self care (so I can stay sane and walk this life further). Daily physical exercises, travel, digital detox, prayers, keep a gratitude journal (ol’school but works wonders to reset your perspective, trust me.) and simply just taking deep breaths are some ways I care for my mind, spirit and body. Share with me your ways of self care or creating/finding balance!
