#TGIF! 參加咗 Champagne Bollinger香檳試酒會，試咗今年推出市場嘅Champagne Bollinger R.D. 2007年，同埋大號R.D. 2004年及特大號R.D. 2000年！Champagne Bollinger R.D.系列係香檳酒莊嘅頂級系列，R.D.解作「Recently Disgorged 」，意思是陳年了好一段時間到近期才除渣入瓶出廠。這系列一般比入門系列陳年多最少2-3倍時間，R.D.平均陳年10至15年才出廠。R.D. 2007年帶淡金黃色，優雅而複雜，帶白花、蜜糖、牛油麵包、香料、生薑、白桃、杏脯、榛子及礦物等味道，清爽優雅而層次複雜，餘𩐳悠長。R.D. 2000年特大號十分「後生」，22年後仍然活潑及充滿果香，氣泡充足，證明特大號真的可以慢慢陳年！#Cheers! 🥳🎉🥂 happy Friday!
#TGIF! Attended #ChampagneBollinger tasting, trying 3 R.D. champagnes, including R.D. 2007, R.D. 2004 magnum & R.D. 2000 Jeroboam! R.D. means “Recently Disgorged”, which is the top series, which aged 2-3 times longer than normal champagne, it normally aged for 10-15 years. R.D. 2007 has light gold color, elegant & complex, with white flowers, honey, brioche, spices, ginger, peach, apricot, hazelnut & mineral notes. It’s crispy & complex with long finish. R.D. 2000 #jeroboam is awesome, it’s still “young” after 22 years, it’s fruity & lively and the bubbles r still so intense, which proves that jeroboam can really keep the wine from oxidation a lot slower than normal size! #Cheers! 🥳🎉🥂 #happyFriday!

我係 Luxshery.com 嘅酒專欄 - 「復刻版年份香檳」 參加了著名香檳酒莊Champagne Bollinger 的網上品酒會，試了新推出的Champagne Bollinger R.D. 2007年年份香檳。為了讓參加者更了解R.D. 與非R.D.的分別，我於網上品酒會當天跟香檳莊代表及執行總監Charles-Armand de Belenet試了2款神秘sample 1 及 sample 2香檳， 2款皆是1976年年份香檳，而分別是其中一瓶陳年了43年並於最近6個月才除渣入瓶（屬於R.D.)，而另一瓶是陳年了37年並在6年前已除渣入瓶（不是R.D.)，雖同是1976年佳釀，但兩瓶的香氣及味道卻有明顯的分別！入內文看分享！#Cheers!🥂🥂
My wine column in Luxshery.com - “Retro Vintage Champagne” attended the virtual tasting of #ChampagneBollinger & tried the newly launched Champagne Bollinger R.D. 2007. In order to let attendants understand the difference between R.D. & non R.D., we tried 2 samples with the Managing Director Charles-Armand de Belenet together - both samples are 1976 vintage, one sample has been aged for 43 years and recently disgorged for 6 months( R.D. Recently Disgorged); the other sample has been aged for 37 years and disgorged for 6 years (not R.D. Not recently disgorged). Although they are both from 1976 vintage, but the aromas and tastes are sooo different! Read my detailed sharing in the article! Cheers!🥂🥂
