🎭 ทริปนี้ เราได้รับคำเชิญจาก การท่องเที่ยวแห่งประเทศไทย สำนักงานนครสวรรค์ ให้ไปสำรวจเส้นทางท่องเที่ยวในจังหวัดนครสวรรค์ ตามรอยละครดัง “กรงกรรม” 🌟

🎇 “กรงกรรม” มีเนื้อเรื่องที่ดำเนินอยู่อ.ตาคลี และ อ.ชุมแสง จ.นครสวรรค์ โดยมีสถานที่หลักอยู่ที่ชุมแสง เหตุที่ใช้ชุมแสงเป็นตัวดำเนินเรื่อง ก็เพราะว่า “จุฬามณี” ผู้ประพันธ์นิยายเรื่องนี้ เป็นชาวจังหวัดนครสวรรค์นั่นเอง 🆗

🎉 อีกเรื่องหนึ่งที่ผมค่อนข้างแปลกใจ คือพื้นที่ที่มีการปลูกต้นตาลโตนดมากที่สุด อยู่ที่ชุมแสงนี่เอง ผมก็หลงคิดว่าเป็นเพชรบุรีมาตั้งนาน 🎁

🌴 เร็วๆนี้ ที่ชุมแสงกำลังจะมีงานใหญ่ "ฤดูกินตาล ท่องเที่ยววิถีชีวิตชุมชน" และ "ประเพณีเดือน5 งาน ห่มองค์หลวงพ่อพระบรมธาตุเจดีย์ ปีที่ 656" ซึ่งจะจัดขึ้นในวันที่ 18-19 เมษายน 2562 ณ วัดเกยไชยเหนือ 💈

Hướng dẫn cách làm món ốc luộc mắm trứ danh kiểu Hải Phòng | Snail with fish sauce | Chef Dan
CÁCH LÀM/HOW TO MAKE :
1. Cách làm nước chấm (Make deeping sauce)
- Cho nước mắm, nước lọc, đường theo tỉ lệ: 3:1:3 vào nồi đun sôi cho tan đường rồi để nguội (Adding fish sauce : water : sugar with scale 3:1:3 and boil until sugar gone)
- Cho gừng và ớt vào giã kỹ đến khi nát quyện vào nhau, cho đồ cay vào nước chấm tùy theo khẩu vị (Grind ginger and chilli pepper together)
- Dùng chanh hoặc quất để điều chỉnh độ chua theo khẩu vị của bạn (Add lime juice depend on your taste )
- Topping với lá chanh, sả thái nhỏ, rau mùi (Topping with lime leaf, lemongrass, coriander )
2. Luộc ốc (Cook snail)
- Cho ốc vào nồi luộc cùng lá chanh hoặc lá bưởi, sả và nêm nước mắm, đường vào nồi luộc. Lưu ý không nên cho nước vào luộc vì ốc ra rất nhiều nước (Add snail, lemongrass, lime leaf, fish sauce and sugar in a pot and boil. Don't add water)
- Từ lúc ốc sôi bạn đun thêm khoảng 3 phút là ốc đã chín, để lâu quá ốc sẽ khó khều (Cook until snail get boiled and keep boiling for 3 minutes )

Món Ngon mỗi ngày | Canh Chua Ngao Nấu Dứa | Chef Dan
- 1kg ngao (Clam)
- Dứa: 1,5 quả (pineapple)
- Cà chua: 3 quả (tomato)
- Rau răm ( Vietnamese coriander )
- Hành lá (Spring onion)
- Hành khô (Dried onion)
- Nước mắm (Fish sauce)
Cách làm:
Luộc ngao cho đến khi mở miệng (Boil clam until opened)
Bóc lấy thịt ngao (Remove clam from shells ) , gạn nước luộc ngao lấy phần nước trong lại để nấu canh ( get clean broth to cook later)
Xào ngao với hành khô và nước mắm để có ngấm thịt ngao (Stir fry clam with dried onion and fish sauce to get the good taste)
Cho cà chua thái kèm với dứa vào nồi nước ngao đun đến khi sôi (Cook the clam broth with tomato and pineapple until boiled) Nêm gia vị cho vừa phải (Add salt for your taste)
