Every accomplishment starts with the decision to try. Yes , I'm big fan of mud/clay mask for “whole body”. Did you know our skin loses about 30,000 to 40,000 dead skin cells every minute, is almost 9pounds(4kilogram every year), so exfoliating you’re skin is very important! I keep this routine at least twice a week to help maintain my skin. Some people might think as a guy why am I so crazy with all this skin care or body care routine? The answer is I'm for a healthy life and taking care of my skin is the most vital part of it. (Trust me, healthy skin leads to good energy that surrounds you everyday)

Years ago, I remember how I pitched a beauty makeup workshop in front of an HR Director, I tolled her, “You saw two vendors selling ice cream at the street, one with a well groom healthy clean face, the other had acne infection or dirty oily face“
Which of them will go for if they both sell the same item at a same price? To my surprise I got the job few minutes after. I received a WhatsApp msg while I was still at their lobby. By the way, by the time it took you to read this far you would have probably lost about 40,000 dead skin cells😂.

Not going to credit the body scrub I am using, I already mentioned them few times in my previous post. For the face clay mask, I was trying it as its a homemade mud mask that will expired very fast (it was a gift from my BF‘s officemate) and curiosity in me just kick-in and just thought of trying it out 🤣
