1)Fruit Juice
2)Freshly baked Croissant, Baguette, Bread
3)Famous Alain Millat fruit preserves & honey
4)Beurre d'Isigny AOP cultured butter
5)Fresh Daily Fruits or Yoghurt with Fruit
6)Japanese Eggs cooked any way, with Grilled Smoked Belly, Sausage, Mushrooms, Tomatoes, and even the tomato sauce is hand made.
7)Coffee or Tea so inclusive

The famous item here at @Whongkong is always the Lobster Eggs Benedict, served unlimited during Brunch! Best paired with Free-flow @Veuveclicquot.hk French Champagne & Fish Roes! I still think the Oysters could be a bit fattier, bigger though here! And today’s Paris Brest with a Hazelnut Praline Creme was amazingly done, also the Chocolate Opera Cake - probably because Chef Olivier from Michelin 1 Star Season by Olivier is now looking after The Kitchen here nowadays. Sunday Brunch HKD $888 Unlimited Buffet & Free-Flow Veuve Clicquot Champagne and other Wines & Sangria. Veuve Clicquot Rose Option is plus $200.

這次我們去的是巴黎最好吃的班尼迪克蛋餐廳！

餐廳名字叫“Benedict”

這次Utatv帶大家去一家專門吃班尼迪克蛋的餐廳！
這是巴黎最好吃最地道的班尼迪克蛋餐廳～
班尼迪克蛋其實就是英語eggs benedict直譯過來的，其實就是用瑪芬做的火腿蛋鬆餅！！

超級滿足的一餐，這一家餐廳主要是吃brunch的，大部份都是一些eggs benedict，三明治，和漢堡包之類的東西～比較適合吃早餐和午餐啦～

今天我點的menu是一份松露truff的eggs benedict班尼迪克蛋，然後我朋友點的是一份傳統的eggs benedict班尼迪克蛋～其實班尼迪克蛋最重點就就是他的sauce醬汁，就是荷蘭醬！有點芥末味的荷蘭醬是最棒的～

之後的料理影片也希望可以推出這種班尼迪克蛋！！
