Shag day for me and didi but not the girls 🙄

Was preparing to bring the girls out today but end up we went to kkh hospital.
My eldest shouting for me saying BH is vomiting so I went to check on him. His body language spells choking, so I faster ask the girls whether did he swollow anything. Both said no and they have cleared their toys before he can grab anything. So no choice I started first aid on him.
After 1st round, it seems like nothing is coming out and he looks so terrible I tried again. Although he looks OK, but he was crying badly and all the saliva have some blood. So immediately booked a cab and went down to kkh, because hubby was not around.
I was glad to be attended immediately by the staffs in kkh, xray done and seems like he didn't swollow anything. 😑
Was quite angry with the girls for playing paper and accessories around the mat. But since xray doesn't show anything is a good news for me. So I took this chance to explain to them the reason and importance of keeping their toys after playing.
But the whole episode seems too traumatised for him, he only drank half of his milk and eat his 1st proper meal at 5pm.
The girls are still so hyper and still want to go ikea to redeem stickers and go playground.
Once we reached home, I ordered ginger soup beancurd from grab and immediately hide in my room to eat in the dark while making BH sleep (lucky girls are too engrossed in what they are doing) to ease my discomfort. #lifeofamum 🙄
If you are a parent reading this, please take up a first aid course, send your helper too if they are the caregiver while u work. Because u wouldn't know when the accident will happen. Most importantly is to keep calm and render the aid.
