Is it weird to miss my baby bump? Was really blessed to have quite a smooth pregnancy, and 可以名正言順➡️ 食食食，gain weight etc etc! But now that Baby Nolan has arrived.... I’m not going to lie, there’re all kinds of insecurities with the postpartum bodyshape, it’s really not easy! From time to time I would feel this slight pressure of having to put myself back into shape, or wonder if my postpartum bodyshape is normal. I think we gotta remind ourselves that our body went through a lot to carry a baby, and we must not be too harsh on ourselves. Every individual’s path to recovery is different! Learning to love the new me and will slowly regain body strength and fitness, 媽媽們加油💪🏼
And thank you 《孕媽媽》 for having me ☺️ another nice memory to have. Latest edition 220期，10月期 ☺️
