We did our Chinese tea ceremony 敬茶 at a gorgeous Japanese pavilion in the hotel we held our wedding banquet in. I spotted this place when I first went to this Japanese restaurant for a lunch and thought it would be so beautiful for photos hehe!
So much feels ❤️

My bespoke cheongsam was created by @divinebrides , and I requested for a dark maroon-ish red instead of a bright red one as it looked more modern and matched my yellow-ish skin tone better. My MIL also presented the 四点金 during the ceremony itself and I’m so glad I chose one that was dainty and suitable for everyday wear, hehe! As for shoes, I intentionally customised one for this dress in the same color tone and it arrived exactly how I envisioned ❤️

Our BIG (Massive) DAY with Tea Ceremony in the morning, Bridal Party activities following this, Wedding Photoshoots prior to and after the Wedding Ceremony and a Reception of drunken dancing and fun!!!

What was originally planned as a 10hrs wedding photo & video package turned into a 14hrs wedding day.

Thoughout the day, my bridemaids and I had five dress changes, John had three and the groomsmen had two dress changes...each time we looked just as beautiful as before~~!!

It's our choice how to live the rest of our life.

Hello my beautiful blossoms,

Here is another fun Get Ready With Me video! This time, I'm heading to a Wedding and you guys will join me while I get ready from START to FINISH.

You'll be joining me while I:

I went to bed with a camera next to me so when I wake up, I can film the whole process. I actually had trouble sleeping because I had a terrible migraine so I woke up looking extra tired. My skin isn't in best condition either because I had an allergic reaction to the makeup used on me for our PreWedding Photoshoot. Hope you guys don't mind ^^

To be honest, I had no idea how I was going to do my makeup, hair or nails. I didn't even plan what I was going to wear either so it was actually really fun to do everything on the spot without planning. Let me know if you guys like these types of videos. Hope little Chubbi and Domo made you smile too!

Bubz, why are you wearing white to a Wedding?
I actually wore a cream dress and I wore a pink jacket (which I never took off) to break up the light tones. However, might be worth mentioning the bride actually wore many many dresses throughout the night of different colours. I remember seeing a gold dress, then two white dresses and two red gowns. If this is the case, us girls wouldn't have been allowed to wear a lot of colours lol. In Hong Kong/China, a lot of the brides wear up to 7-8 dresses and from what I know, it's not a problem for guests to wear white. To be honest, even in my actual wedding day (for the Western Ceremony etc), I don't think I'll be too bothered either? But maybe that's just personal preference.
