I finally had the time to edit my progress workout video. Have been busy with other stuff lately that i didn't have the time to edit my progress video.

Wow it has been 24 session with @movability_calisthenics @bern_cw at @kungfudojosabah . I feel that I need to stretch my upper more coz my shoulders have a hard time to open and it tenses occasionally. I can't even do a full wheel pose becoz of this issue. I probably have to join @abigailphoebe class to practice opening my chest more.

Last Thursday session, starts with warm ups, followed by 10 reps of dislocate (wuah this hurts like I never work on my arms and shoulders). I also feel I have some kind of misalignment somewhat 🤔 followed by 30 sec bridge and 15 reps arms raise x 3 sets.

Followed by everything else on the video. I improved my dips yay. Wow the days when I keep doing a plank instead of dips 😂 and handstand hold on the wall. Practice free handstand, I had to practice crow instead coz my leg feels like it needed a break from everything.

Went to acupuncture to fix my issues yesterday instantly coz all I feel is agitation 🤣😅 teruk sudah baru pigi fix 🙈 sounds familiar?
