大船揹小船不稀奇,大船揹大船?關鍵技術在哪裡?
首先,要負責揹的船,是一種稱之為”半潛式起重船”(semi-submersible heavy lift vessels )的特種船,揹到小船,短的船,都還好;但是揹到很大很長的船,或是船塢(Floating Dock)時,就要靠慎密的航前規劃.
海上運輸的好處之一就是:海上沒有”負責開單的”交通警察!因此只要事前計算好組合體的重心,穩定性,及操縱靈活度,繫固(Sea Fastenning,有專業認證的公司),接下來就是靠氣象公司選擇”黃道吉日”,在前後40天的航程中還好老外無視於農曆”鬼月”的存在!
任務是從Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates將一艘浮動式船塢,以V字形航路往南,斜揹著繞過有”咆哮40度”的南非好望角,再北上運送到法國的Brest港.(估計是整個運輸的寬度接近 400 英尺.超過了蘇伊士運河跨河大橋下橋墩間的寬度限制,固採此航路)
個人認為,在整個運輸過程中,氣象”窗口”的因素之外,在航安及操縱上的要點在於:
1. 航船通告,要事前向通過地區的海事當局申報船舶”避讓困難”及預計通過的時間,以昭告附近往來船隻
2. 依照本船之操縱特性,駕駛台上要張貼警示牌”轉向時舵角勿超過10/15度”,慢慢地轉,以減少角加速度對於大船傾斜之影響.
3. 組合體在日/夜間的號標/號燈之懸掛與展示(尤其是受揹船之船艏船艉處)
4. 在最寬處兩端要加派持無線電之瞭望哨(尤其是夜間)
5.大型拖船全程隨侍在側,保駕護航.以防大船主機故障時應急搶險.
相對於中國振華旗下之橋式起重機運送船”超高”之特性,這是另一種”超寬”的航運里程碑.只能讚嘆:不簡單!

In this video, I'm going to share with you my Covid-19 vaccination in the UAE, where I live.
There are 2 types of Covid-19 vaccines approved by the United Arab Emirates, which are Pfizer and Sinopharm.
Currently, the Pfizer vaccine is out of stock. And I don't want to wait any longer since the risk of catching the Covid-19 is quite high for the cabin crew job in general.
So here is my personal experience of me getting the first dose of the Sinopharm vaccine. I've also included my personal side effects, which I haven't heard from any of my friends who got vaccinated.
I'm not familiar with vlogging in English yet, but I do hope that this content is useful for many of you guys.
