尤其是侵入型的，一定需要有执照的医生来执行！

无论自称什么美容师 微整师 做了再多年 再有经验都好 都不能动针动刀！！

有事情的话 微整的人不会正确的解决方案 如何在意外时候止血 如何打入正确的地方 而不是打入血管 造成失明、发炎、血管阻塞、甚至皮肤死亡

尤其在酒店、住家、美容院进行的医美 在不能确保环境的卫生、医疗系统的完善情况下，也没有所谓的术前SOP，很容易引发细菌感染

而且filler、药物，必须要有license才可以向有关部门购买，那部门也必须持有卖药物的license，那到底怎样确保那些微整美容师的药物、填充物是安全的呢？他们如何获得这些药物的呢？

由于药物成分不明，往往可能会对器官造成负担、副作用和各种健康风险
要記得，药物也需要NPRA的安全验证！非常重要！

根据Poison Act 1952，1988年的私人医药保健设施与服务法令，美容师并不能拥有、售卖药物、提供医疗服务！

ARAU: Seorang bayi lelaki berusia dua bulan 20 hari disembur racun serangga oleh bapanya supaya mangsa berhenti menangis, dalam kejadian Jumaat lalu di Taman Pauh Indah, dekat sini.

Suspek, seorang pesawah berusia 39 tahun yang juga bapa kandung mangsa turut menampar muka dan melambung bayi itu.

Ketua Polis Daerah Arau, Superintendan Nanda Maarof, berkata pihaknya menerima laporan daripada doktor yang merawat mangsa di Bahagian Ibu dan Anak Klinik Kesihatan Arau pada jam 11.30 pagi Jumaat lalu.

"Hasil laporan perubatan mendapati bayi lelaki itu berada dalam keadaan kurang aktif selain bibirnya menjadi kebiruan.

"Mangsa turut mengalami kecederaan pada belakang kepala dan leher selain terdapat kesan kemerahan ditemui pada kepalanya.

"Hasil soal siasat, ibu mangsa mengaku suaminya menyembur racun serangga pada muka dan mencederakan mangsa," katanya ketika dihubungi hari ini.

Nanda berkata, susulan itu suspek ditahan dan direman Jumaat lalu dan Penolong Pendaftar Mahkamah Kangar, Monica Joseph Gaisah membenarkan tempoh penahanan reman dilanjutkan sehingga Khamis nanti bermula hari ini.

"Mangsa kini dirujuk kepada Pakar Kanak-Kanak Hospital Tuanku Fauziah, Kangar untuk pemeriksaan lebih lanjut.

"Kes disiasat mengikut Seksyen 31(1)(a) Akta Kanak-kanak 2001," katanya.
