In a few days, this little project turns six years old. Did I ever think I’d start this in Hong Kong— where the business climate can be severe to simple people like Carsten and me? No, it was a scary prospect to commit to.

And yet, I always knew it was a calling. If you have something to share, you will never be at peace until you’ve given that which others need. In the past six years, I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve laughed and cried for it.

In turn, we’ve received more than what we asked for. Children we’ve watched bloom in confidence, parents and caregivers whom we have celebrated and affirmed, and the success of people we have painstakingly trained and supported. Through it all, the paradox is true— the more emptied out you are, the more filled you are, too.

In our own little way, we have succeeded in what we dreamed of— celebrating talent, building community, and fostering empowerment. This we did, while staying true to our core— being an ecosystem of expression and creativity.

2019 and 2020 were exceptionally tough years. And yet, we survived because people believed that what we do matters.

The strength and faith we’ve received from others has been humbling. It made me realise that whatever we started has taken on a life of its own. I believe that we will always find the strength and energy, for as long as we keep sight of the mission we committed to.

In celebration of our six years— and our hope for many, many more— we are putting an emphasis on our work with our community.

The pandemic has shown us how finite life can be. Therefore, what we do each day matters. How proud we are of the work we do, how we can face ourselves in the mirror with the integrity with which we’ve made our decisions, and how we care to make the world— or at least our community— a little bit better than we first found it.

Wish us luck, for we have a long way to go. And thank you for your love and support this far— you all know who you are ❤️

【桃花桃花開了嗎？】(English writing below)
HAVE YOUR PEACH BLOSSOMS BLOOMED?

有自信，或假裝有自信，就能招財嗎？

幾個星期前，一位臉書朋友說，我在臉書直播裡很有自信，而她本身做直播時，難免會緊張。

這讓我想到，自信、美貌與桃花的區別。

當年周杰倫出道時，把鴨嘴帽壓得低低的， 談不上很有自信，專輯卻賣得不清不楚。

和王力宏比起來，周杰倫看起來不怎麼樣，可是卻能夠比王力宏還紅。

為什麼？因為有大桃花，所以人氣才會旺。

出道時，他的桃花不是直接在他的五官上，而是在他的歌曲裡，粉絲才會百聽不厭。

一般人覺得，桃花一定與情色有關。沒錯，所以往往很紅的人，大多都離不開緋聞。周杰倫也曾說，他絕對是個孝子，但不是個好男人。

我在星期四的直播提到，做生意要成功，必須有桃花。

你得有眾人的愛戴、支持和喜歡，無論是供應商、員工、合作夥伴或客人，做起生意來會更容易。

你無法在客人眼中獨一無二，那你就是可以被取代的。

有桃花的人，她他身上會產生一種光，把眾人的眼光都吸到他身上，目不轉睛。#行走的磁鐵

同樣一句話，A君講沒人有反應，換B君講，眾人就發狂的按讚留言分享。輸就輸在，桃花這兩個字。

但這桃花得是你做對行、做對事，才會桃花開遍野。

我說過，周杰倫的桃花在他的歌曲裡（注：歌曲，不是歌聲），因此他做電影和主持，不會有他唱歌來得好賣。

張學友不是四大天王裡最帥的，早期的他也沒什麼自信的感覺，但他的歌聲就是他的桃花，讓他贏來「歌神」這美譽，到2003年為止，已買超過250萬張唱片。

我曾經和一位年輕人說，他的文筆並沒有桃花，如果他要靠撰寫文案來致富，這是不可能的，因為他會無法贏得他客人及客人的客人的青睞。

一個人的桃花密碼，可出現在她他的八字和／或大運。你了解後，再做對行，明白如何啟動自己的桃花，成功才會來得比較快。

如果天生沒有桃花，那就靠取個良名，來增添自己的人緣。我自己就是如此。

我幫客人催旺桃花時，也不能見錢眼開。有些人定力很差，有的人喜歡左擁右抱，這樣的人如果亂亂爲他催旺桃花，我會破壞很多本來美滿的家庭。

「快餐」的代表無疑就是麥當勞。很多小孩不懂「快餐」這兩個字，卻肯定會唸「麥當勞」。教學時，叫小朋友畫出自己最喜歡的食物，許多小朋友畫了薯條。重點是，他們不只是畫條狀的馬鈴薯，而是把整個紅色的M盒子也彩繪出來了。

明明賣的是垃圾食品，卻輕而易舉走入小朋友的心，也讓「懂事」的大人欲罷不能。

這就是超級大桃花的魅力。

Is self confidence, or faking it, able to attract wealth?

A few weeks ago, a FB friend remarked that I am very confident in my FB lives, while she was always nervous before her FB Lives.

This got me thinking about the issues of self-confidence, good looks and Peach Blossom luck.

When Jay Chou first debuted, his baseball cap was pulled very low to hide his face, as he was not very confident of himself. Yet, his first album sold like hotcakes.

Compared to Wang Lee Hom, Jay Chou's features are not outstanding. However, his popularity has proven to be more far-reaching than the former.

Why so? Because of his Peach Blossom luck, hence the unexpected rise to stardom.

Jay Chou's Peach Blossom luck isn't directly reflected on his facial features, but in his songs. Hence, fans will attest to the worthiness of listening to his songs a hundred times.

Most people think that Peach Blossom Luck is related to love and lust. They are right. Hence many famous people tend to have some sex-related scandals. Jay Chou once said, he is definitely a filial son, but is not a good man.

In my FB Live last Thursday, I mentioned that for one to be successful in business, you must have some degree of Peach Blossom Luck.

You need the love and support from the masses (be it suppliers, customers, employees, partners etc), and you will have a much easier time doing business.

If you cannot be unique in the eyes of your customers, then you are easily replaceable.

A person in Peach Blossom Luck will give out a kind of light from his/her body, attracting the eyeballs of people, who find him/her irresistible and are unable to take their eyes off the person. He or she is a walking magnet of attraction.

The same words spoken by Mr A elicit no response from his readers, but when Mr B says it, a furry of likes, shares and comments rush in like a tsunami.

The difference? Peach Blossom luck.

But these Peach Blossoms can only bloom wildly throughout the meadows, if you are in the right line of work.

As I said before, Jay Chou's Peach Blossom luck is in his songs (note: songs, not singing voice). Hence the sales from his movies and hosting will not be better than those from his music.

Among the Four Heavenly Kings, Jackie Cheung is not the most handsome. In his early days, he has not much self confidence either. But his Peach Blossom Luck is in his singing voice, hence winning him the esteemed title of The God of Songs and selling over 25 million records as of 2003.

I once told a young man from my Feng Shui workshop, that his writing did not have any Peach Blossom Luck. Hence, if he wishes to make his first pot of gold through copywriting, it is impossible as he is unable to win the hearts of his clients, and hence, their customers.

The secret code of Peach Blossom Luck can be hidden in a person's Bazi or luck cycle. When you understand your own Destiny, do the right work in the right industry, and know how to unlock your Peach Blossom Luck, success will come much faster.

A male client of mine worked as a Executive Chef, which totally fitted his Bazi needs. However, he was struggling financially. I got down to the nitty gritty of his work scope, like what he had to do everyday. That was when I realised instead of doing A, he was doing B, which led to his financial struggles. Once I pointed out to him what he needed to change, he found a better job with much higher remuneration.

If you are not born with Peach Blossom luck, then you can rely on the power of a auspicious name to improve your inter-personal relations. This was what I did for myself.

【玳瑚師父課室】《第46場回顧：旺得福聖誕餐會》
46TH RECAP: “A WONDERFUL CHRISTMAS” LEARNING SESSION (English version below)

妳你有改命的決心嗎？

可是，妳你懂得尊敬她他人和自己嗎？還是覺得有免費的東西，不拿白不拿？

玳瑚師父於2018年12月24日，舉辦了眾人期待已久的餐會，第46場《旺得福聖誕餐會》。

餐會前，有參與者送上聖誕卡與花束，祝賀師父佳節愉快。餐會後亦有出席者拿玳瑚師父的新書《向善向上2 - 漫畫版》請師父簽名。

師父的餐會不收分文，一向爲他臉書專頁忠實按讚的讀者粉絲們而辦。但每次依然會有報名者，沒有閱讀，沒有按讚，也想趁機來得到師父免費的風水命理知識。

曾有一位報名者，怒氣沖沖地責問：「你要求人家讀那麽多，合理嗎？！」

也有一位沒得來的報名者說：「我自己的業，我自己背。」

其實，沒有要求。貼文中也有註明：餐會本來就是給玳瑚師父，回饋每篇都有閱讀按讚的粉絲讀者們。師父的文章有很多做人的道理，如果沒有看就已經不算善待自己，又怎麼有福份得到師父的幫助呢？

沒有付出行動，也談不上支持玳瑚師父的文宣，就想得到免費幫助，可又合情合理呢？

有位出席者曾被師父列入黑名單。因爲2017年夏天的一場餐會之前，他要求盡早接到通知，才能叫母親不煮他的飯，卻依然遲到，被拒於門外，不得參加餐會。遲到的原因是他在家裡吃飯，時間遲了，有能力卻不想花錢搭德士，依然搭巴士，在最後一刻才通知，事後也沒有主動親自向師父道歉。

當時，師父未到會場時，就已預知助理，這位男士會遲到，因為有錢卻依然要省錢，所以選擇遲到。師父告知助理，這等人無法改命，因此收到簡訊時，就直接不要給他來。

師父對於出席者的要求是：有改命的決心，也肯尊重他人。因此，禮貌和準時本來就應該兼有的。

一年半後，師父允許他出席平安夜的餐會，因爲他找師父已許久，該給一次機會，也可應證師父最初看他相的準確性。果真，他見到師父時，並沒有第一時間走過來打招呼和道歉，依然需要師父弟子的提醒。

守株待兔等待貴人時，別忘了，貴人也有很多人在追，沒有誰是應該幫誰的。

2017年至2018年裡，他出席師父免費活動至少十四次。師父看他年輕，就幫他一把，在2018年的拜天公活動時，師父送他一個祭拜過的供品，問：「師父賜大福給你，要不要？」

師父提醒男出席者們：男人介紹自己時，要有力，不要柔柔弱弱，聽不到聲音。但也要記得，男人的威風，在於有本事又能幹，而不是叫你用你的力氣去打女人、欺負女人。

平安的定義在於妳你的心境。我們都要去接受每個人，去想每個人都有她他的長處。當我們能夠把自己的心打開時，就是我們真正去迎接「平安」的時候了。

Do you have the resolve to change your destiny?

However, do you know how to respect others and yourself? Or do you think that if something is available for free, you would be a fool for not grabbing it?

On the night of Christmas Eve, 24 December 2018, Master Dai Hu conducted the much anticipated 46th Learning Session, A Wonderful Christmas.

Before it commenced, a participant gave Master a bouquet of lilies and a Christmas card, wishing him happy holidays. At the end of it, there were also participants who sought Master's autograph for his new comic book, Towards Kindness, Towards Betterment.

Master Dai Hu had never charged a single cent for his learning sessions. They were always conducted to repay his loyal fans, who dutifully read his FB posts and tapped Like for every single one of them. However, there will be still applicants, who neither read nor tap like for the posts, wanting to attend the free Learning Sessions and benefit from Master Dai Hu's Chinese Metaphysics knowledge.

One rejected applicant texted, "I will bear the consequences of my own karma."

Another applicant angrily asked, "Is it logical that you expect people to read so many of your posts?!"

Actually, there is no expectation. It is already clearly stated in the FB notice: the Learning Sessions are meant to benefit Master Dai Hu's devoted readers and fans, who read his FB posts and tapped Like for every single one of them.

There are sensible life truths in Master Dai Hu's posts. If you do not read them, you can't be considered as a person who treat yourself with benevolence. In this case, how will you have the good fortune to receive the help of Master Dai Hu?

If you did not invest any effort, and do not support Master Dai Hu's writings, yet you still wish to get his help for free, how is that reasonable and logical?

One participant was blacklisted by Master Dai Hu previously. He was due to attend one session in the summer of 2017. Before that, he requested for an early notification, so that he could inform his mother not to cook dinner for him. However, he still arrived late and was denied entry.

His reason for his lateness was him wanting to save money. He ate dinner at home and took the bus, despite running late and having the financial ability to take a taxi. He sent a late notice and did not personally apologise to Master Dai Hu for his tardiness.

Before Master Dai Hu reached the venue, he had already informed his assistant that this gentleman would be late by choice as he was a miser, and hence, chose not to spend when necessary. Master Dai Hu remarked that a man of such caliber made a poor candidate for destiny transformation, and preempted the assistant to turn him away when he would text later.

Master Dai Hu's prerequisite to all participants has always been:

* Have the tenacity to turn your destiny around
* be able to respect others

Therefore, good manners and punctuality are definitely traits that one should have.

1.5 year later, Master Dai Hu gave permission for this gentleman to attend the Christmas Eve's Learning Session. Reason being, he had been trying to contact Master Dai Hu for quite some time, and it was time to give him a chance. Secondly, the meeting would also validate Master Dai Hu's accuracy in reading his facial features.

True indeed, when the gentleman saw Master Dai Hu, he failed to take any initiative to introduce himself, greet Master, or offered his apology. He had to be reminded by Master's disciple before doing it.

When we are passively guarding a tree-stump, waiting for a benefactor to stroll by, don't forget that the same benefactor is also pursued by many other people, who bother to show the initiative. Nobody is obligated to help anybody.

Learning Session Highlights:

（A）TRILOGY TO BEING SAFE & SOUND - #1 INNER MIND

1. Master Dai Hu invited everybody to share what being safe and sound meant to them

2. Master Dai Hu explained the term 平常心 (a calm mind):
- Everything function in an appropriate order

In 2018's prayers to the Supreme Jade Emperor, Master Dai Hu gave Mr Lee an offering from the prayer session and asked, "I bestow great fortune to you. Do you want it?"

Mr Lee Cheng Xiu nodded his head and said he wanted, before receiving the offering with both hands and saying thank you. He received countless Feng Shui advice and self luck booster suggestions, and diligently implemented Master's advice. His ecommerce revenue increased dramatically from almost zero sales to a shocking figure this year.

Master Dai Hu's reply: It is impossible for a mere mortal to have this ability. Man has many problems and a complicated mind. These produce many negative energies. Our age will only increase year by year, and not the other way. Feng Shui has the ability to transform a single opportunity into a hundred more. Master Dai Hu is not encouraging everybody to be greedy, but in this world of form, it is impossible to live without money. Master Dai Hu cracked a joke with the participants, "I hope for everyone to have a comfortable life, so that you won't end up having to borrow money from me."

Master Dai Hu also reminded the male participants: When a man introduces himself, there must be strength in his words and never to speak weakly or softly. But bear in mind that a man is deemed impressive when he is capable and competent, not when he uses his strength to beat a woman or bully the fairer sex.

The definition of 平安 (being safe and sound) lies in your state of mind. We must be able to accept everybody, and think of their good points. The moment we can open up our hearts will be when we can truly receive 平安 .
