It's been a week since our wedding, thankful for all those who joined us. We wanted it to be memorable not just for us, but for our guests as well.
Hence why we had a special door gift vending machine, where our guest would decide on their fate of their door gifts. Some were lucky to have won Pandora jewelry to Coach wallets. All thanks to @weddborx! #WeddBorx

PLEASE READ before you freak out over this whole roasted pig aka lechon 🐷 I know a lot of people feel squeamish by it, but lechon has a special place in my heart as it represents what I feel being Filipino is all about: coming together in celebration and being resourceful with what you’ve been given.

A whole lechon is the centerpiece of a fiesta that can feed a small village (or in our case, 100 wedding guests). The rest of the parts of the pig that western cultures are either scared of or simply throw away are instead used to create even more delicious food like sizzling sisig made with pig face, crispy pata that fries up the trotters, and lechon paksiw that stews the leftover roast pig in lechon sauce and vinegar. Nothing goes to waste, especially when money is tight as it is for so many in poverty in the Philippines.

It’s MORE THAN a wedding.
It’s really a celebration of union which was much enjoyed by the newlyweds and the guests.
By watching this video everyone should know why hahaha! Would you believe the groom saying that they only took a couple of hours to practise this dance performance which lasted 7 min long?! 😂
And guess what....we even had a White Elephant Christmas Gift Exchange since the Christmas was just few days later 🎁🎄 The most interesting wedding ever undoubtedly ! 😍😍😍
