特此信息，请大家以各自的信仰，各自的宗教方法，各自在家，以各自的方法。

一起祈求病毒早日退散 。一起祝福全人类平安健康，一起以自身的＂正能量＂共同与苦与痛抗衡。
过程需时三十分钟。全以各自自身原本的做法来进行。在不同的地方，以共同的一个目标，互相祝福，助人者助己。
希望没有宗教信仰的人士也能参与其中，共同在家发愿。凝聚大家的正能量。
也呼吁，原本有宗教信仰，却很久没有面对自己的信仰的人士再度寻求自己宗教团体的帮助。
这段时间特别的让人气馁绝望，但我们并不孤单。只要活下来，找回自己煮，保持身心健康不受病毒侵害。心智健康找回自我，一切总会过去。在那以前，一起同心协力，做好防疫和注射疫苗保护好自己。

Let's us pray for the virus to dissipate rapidly. Wishes that all mankind to be safe and healthy. Together, with our Positive Energy, Let's us standing up against sufferings and pain.
The session will takes 30 minutes.
All are done in your own original way, in different places with the same goal.
Blessing each other, and help others to help themselves.
People without religious beliefs are also welcome to participate and make aspirations together at their own home. Let's condense everyone's positive energy.
People with religious beliefs but have not been practicing their beliefs for a long time can seek help from their religious groups again.
Current situation is particularly frustrating and desperate, but we are not alone. As long as you survive, you able to find yourself, and keep your body and mind healthy from the virus.
