2020 mood

Took Dash for a walk at the park today - while we still can. Since CB started the only time he went out was when we went for Macdonald’s at a drive thru (poor boy didn’t even get out of the car). The park was quite full of people though so we only walked around for 15 mins and I had to drag an unwilling boy home. Saw a lot of professional actors during our walk, they acting like they doing “strenuous exercise” so they don’t need to wear masks lol. Every few steps pretend to stretch and pant a bit lol 😂 next 红星大奖 must nominate them... should join mediacorp mah don’t waste your talents.

This is an extra stressful time for parents. On top of WFH, they have to take care of kids and if you don’t have a helper it’s a legit full time job as it is. Children are restless and hyperactive, they need to run around and play in sunshine so they don’t like being cooped at home all day. And there’s of course the fear of your child getting the virus. Imagine ur child being separated from u in an isolation ward by himself. 😣 but nobody pities parents one lah all the child free people will just say well nobody ask u to give birth what 😂 boh wei gong I guess. Anyway just hope this horrendous covid fucks off soon enough or maybe a vaccine is made available? But it seems bleak my friends. Unless all countries go into severe lockdown at once, how is it possible?

My next goal in life is to earn enough money to buy a private house w a pool. So in case got next lockdown (choy) at least my kid can go swimming and chill in a nice big space. And build a panic room with loads of toilet paper and can food and weapons in case of apocalypse. And best is if my friends and family can buy the houses next door, then we can build tunnels to secretly go to each other’s houses to play mahjong. That would be nice.

Anyway what have you been doing during CB? All I’m doing all day long is decluttering my house. Apparently many people find it therapeutic and tell me they love it. You can see the stories under Room 1, 2, 3 on highlights. I’m still waiting for more items to arrive from Taobao but once my room is done I’ll definitely give you guys a full tour!

There were two funny incidents while MissHermes and I were in Nagoya for holidays.
1. Hermes got hit on by a 44 year old lady.
So Hermes and I went to a restaurant for lunch in Osu Shopping Street and we sat beside a table of three women. Suddenly one of the lady just started talking to us in Japanese. Hermes knows a little Japanese so they were talking . The lady said that Hermes is very cute and is her type. Asked Hermes to guess her age too and ask Hermes what does she think of her.
I just quietly sit and laugh because I can't speak Japanese so I nod only lol. Before the lady left , she gave Hermes her number and asked Hermes to key in her number in her phone too. The lady also tried to read my palm ( I think they do fortune reading because one of them had tarot cards ). She said that I'm a kind person and she ask Hermes , " She is a kind person , is she ? " Hermes said , " Yes, she is ." Then she also said though I have a tough looking exterior , actually I'm a very fragile person inside. ( which I am LOL )
After they left , I couldn't stop laughing at Hermes. I was waiting during my whole trip for someone to hit on Hermes because she is really cute lol. She seems to be quite popular with Japanese people. Random men on the street will suddenly talk to her like seriously lol.
2. We got stalked by a guy while shopping. ( maybe Hermes not me but he got no choice la because we are together lol )
We were shopping at the Osu Shopping Street after lunch. It was super hot so I dig some coins for a drink at the vending machine. Then I saw this guy in a pink shirt I think ? He was buying a drink too so I was like oh okay. Then when we walk around more I realized that everytime I turn around , he would be there. So I was thinking " Oh God is he following us ? "
So I told Hermes , " Eh some dude following us sia. " She was like , " Whereee ?? Wheree ?? " Actually I wasn't 100 % sure , so we went in a yukata shop and see if he follows us and he did !
We waited in the shop for awhile then he left. So we waited awhile more then we went out and couldn't see him. We continued our shopping for like 10 -15 mins and he appeared again lol ! I was taking photos with a bear man and he was there. We went into a souvenir shop and he waited for us. We went to the temple to take selfie and he is still there.
I was trying to take photos of Mirai chan so I was holding her and Hermes suddenly say run lol. They guy got stuck at the traffic light because it was red and Hermes ran so fast lol. I couldn't run much la because I was carrying lots of stuff lol. But luckily we lost that guy , and we faster took train back to hotel.
The conclusion is , I think Hermes is really popular in Japan lol. If I wasn't there I think the stalker follow her till home also she don't know. But I think people don't dare to talk to her also because I'm so tall and look mean. I'm like her bodyguard.

Here's another Indoor Walking Workout for you! This time, the exercises will also target your waistline - to tone up and strengthen the CORE. This workout is low impact and beginner friendly. It's great for everyone to do at home, plus it's lots of fun! Simple exercises, yet extremely effective.
Your heart rate will be increased, you'll be burning lots of calories and fat. While filming this workout, I managed to hit 2.9km and also burned 250Cals in just under 30 mins. You'll be burning an average of 200 - 300 calories depending on your speed of walking, workout intensity, fitness level and also body composition.

➡ Vì là nhóm cơ lớn nên thời gian ê ẩm của bộ phận này cũng lâu hơn so với các bộ phận khác như cơ bụng. Vì vậy, các bạn chỉ nên tập từ 1 - 2 lần/ tuần sau các bài tập cardio đốt mỡ nhen ?

Each exercise is performed for 30s and followed by 30s rest, 3 rounds in total. And It’s a circuit, so we complete Ex 1, Ex 2, Ex 3, Ex 4, Move 5 and then repeat.
