Shoulder Circumduction is one of the most commonly used warm up exercise for "shoulder mobility." However I often see that people just randomly making circle with their shoulder. To make an easy modification, we can stand or half kneeling beside the wall, by fixing other parts of our body, it's actually a good way to control our shoulder range of motion.
Overhead opener is in my opinion a great mobility exercise for overhead movement athlete. It contains the motion of shoudler joints and the thoracic spine. With properly breathing, you will feel more stretch or expansion.

Shallow breathing, or chest breathing is the drawing of minimal breath into the lungs, usually by drawing air into the chest area using the intercostal muscles rather than throughout the lungs via the diaphragm. Shallow breathing can result in or be symptomatic of rapid breathing and hypoventilation. Most people who breathe shallowly do it throughout the day and are almost always unaware of the condition.

Diaphragmatic breathing, or deep breathing, is breathing that is done by contracting the diaphragm, a muscle located horizontally between the thoracic cavity and abdominal cavity. Air enters the lungs and the chest rises and the belly expands during this type of breathing. Diaphragmatic breathing allows one to take normal breaths while maximizing the amount of oxygen that goes into the bloodstream.
The use of diaphragmatic breathing could improve a variety of factors such as pulmonary function,cardiorespiratory fitness, respiratory muscle length,and respiratory muscle strength after with consistent practice.

Missed yesterday's Day 1 of #PilatesCoreAnywhere Theme was Thoracic Mobilization and Breathing. Here I am doing my favorite thoracic opening exercise on the Reformer using one red spring. Move between extension (be careful of hyperextension in the back) and flexion through rounding and sinking into the springs. BAD POSTURE
When our spine is positioned in an unnatural alignment, the curves are exaggerated, which can be due to tight or weak muscles, resulting in bad posture. Uncorrected posture, overtime can lead to chronic pains.
GOOD POSTURE
A good posture is when you hold your body upright where the least strain is placed on supporting muscles and ligaments during movement.
It is extremely important to have a good posture! When you have proper posture, it improves bodily alignment, eliminates back and neck pain, improves circulation, improves digestion, improves breathing, makes you look taller, and also makes you look and feel confident.
