In this time where everyone is not able to travel, we are bringing a part of Singapore to you by sharing with you some recipes that you can make at home. Today, we are sharing with you a local classic, the Singapore Sling. This cocktail was created in the early 1900s at the Long Bar in Raffles Hotel. It is a “tiki” style cocktail that is very sweet, refreshing and very delicious. Our version of the Singapore Sling uses fresh pineapple juice, although a little more troublesome but trust us, it is totally worth it. We are also using a Singapore Dry Gin from Brass Lion Distillery, this Gin is perfect from this drink as it contains aromatics like torch ginger flower and lemongrass. With this recipe, try making a Singapore Sling to enjoy at home!
