As most of you know, I am based in Taipei, but my heart is with my family & fellow Singaporeans back home. The circuit breaker has extended, furthering the impact of the mental, emotional and financial stress on Singaporeans.
And even after the circuit breaker ends, it will be a long road to recovery for everyone; especially for groups like vulnerable seniors, children with special needs, persons with mental health conditions or disabilities and families in need, who already were trying to make ends meet.
