How many touches does it take to make a sale?
Well, here are 3 quick stats for you taken from rainsalestraining.com and thebrevetgroup.com
It takes on average 8 touches with a prospect to get them to a point where they’re ready to move forward on your offer.
Around 44% of salespeople give up after one follow-up.
And 30-35% of sales go to the vendor that responds first.
This means if you’re not following up with your prospects often, you're leaving a lot of money on the table.
So how can you use this to your advantage?
Make it your mission to follow up with your prospects every now and then.
Make sure you offer them value and don't come across as needy.
The more you follow up, the more you’ll be top of mind.
