It was absolutely blessing to far away AGAIN from distractions. I’m available to re-focus on my mission, to reinforce the mental preparation.
Today I felt happy to perform against those highest level athletes, and I can see my results from Japan Training last year. Task accomplished in the #Karate1Lisbon , counting down the last five weeks.
