I’ve never shared anything that is not effective nor suitable to my own skin with my audience. I mean, how do I even type the caption or smile in the picture if I don’t feel good about it?

If you’ve seen my previous post about this Age Knockdown Water Essence from @belifmalaysia, you would’ve known that I love it to the max!! I talked about the functions & benefits, and today I gotta highlight on how I use it daily:

I recently (since 3 weeks ago) simplify my daily skin care routine into only 3 steps after cleansing: First, I pour generous amount of this water essence to use as toner + moisturizer, then a thin layer of serum, and ends with eye-cream. (+ sunscreen if it’s day time)

That’s how I use it, but you can do it your way:
· Use as Toner — if anti aging is your main concern
· Use as Pre-essence, that is after your regular toner — if you have dry and dull skin apart from aging
· Use as Express Mask — for intensive care (How? Saturate cotton pads with the water essence then place on your cheeks, forehead and etc., remove them after 10 mins and continue with your skincare routine)

Everywhere you look, people nowadays are stressed out, and #stress shows on face: rash, itchiness, dullness, dryness, dark circles, wrinkles, and most commonly, breakouts.

I’m no expert but here are common quick fixes:
· Keep your skin clear of surface dirt, oil & dead cells - wash very gently
· Keep yourself hydrated - drink plenty of water
