I was ecstatic to stumble upon a branch of #TokyoAburaSoba for their chili oil & rice vinegar-doused spicy pork noodles while exploring the area surrounding Tokyo's famed Studio Ghibli Museum (famous for characters like Totoro & the movie Spirited Away). It was a tough call but @vanne_yoroniku’s #YoronikuEbisu is now my favorite all-around steak dinner EVER thanks to the combination of the highest grade A5 wagyu beef cooked right in front of you, creativity, BOMB kakigori (shaved ice 🍧), and dedication to perfection in every dish (our waitress/cook handled the bread for this sando for at least 5 straight minutes to toast it perfectly).

Still working on the full video, but here are some highlights of our 20 course dinner in the mean time:
1. Chateaubriand cutlet sando
2. Kainomi beef - prized cut between the tenderloin & rib that gets cooked whole then sliced
3. Wagyu sushi with caviar & shiso ✨
4. Chateaubriand roll
5. Beef tartare on perfectly toasted baguette
6-7. Beef sukiyaki with shaved white truffle - the beef is whipped into the egg to make it foam and eventually served with rice to mop up all the sauce 🤤
8. Sweet milk kakigori (plus an already demolished matcha one) that came with sparklers for our birthdays 🎂💥
