#50HAHcircuit 3.0 well balance of cardio and strength.
Will need to take longer time to finish this. Don’t rush for timing. Every exercise do to the full range. If you do the squat, make sure you squat atleast hip down to knee level.
- 50 x Burpees (finish your burpee first before moving to the rest)
- 50 x Skiers hop (L+R count 1)
- 50 x Broad jump with back pedal
- 50 x Standing Oblique crunches (L -50, R -50)
- 50 x Squat twist (each squat count 1)
- 50 x Side to side shuffle with floor touch ( 1 floor touch count 1)
- 50 x Super man pull down (do it slow)
- 50 x Plank oblique side hop (each side count 1)
- 50 x Cross body toe touch crunches (L -50, R -50)
- 50 x Plank twist (L+R count1)
What is 50 HAH Circuit?
there is a total of 10 exercises, including this burpees. All 50 reps! Simple.
After your 50 burpees!
You can start this Circuit tomorrow.
- can take break when necessary
- suggestion: can break each 50 reps full circuit into 10-10-10-10-10-10-10-10-10 , repeat the circuit for 5 rounds to make up to 50 reps each exercise, but don’t forget to write down, prevent lost count. For me I like to complete each exercises 50 reps, then move to the next exercise.
- I took break for broad jump, squat twist, superman pull down, plank oblique side hop. These few not easy to do nonstop. Do take break.
- only burpees don’t split into rounds.
- try to take minimal rest.

The pandemic has changed our lives. Many people are suffering during these trying times. So creative!
Reinventing oneself is to break up with your past, bye bye to your ex-life, adios to your old self! Whether it means shifting career or making changes in your lifestyle. I know my dear, major change is tough!!! The good thing is, there's no such thing as too late, or too early, you just do it!
#Reinvention is to build new identities while staying true to your authentic self. To reinvent, you must first figure out who you are, your likes and dislikes. And it better be realistic!
Start by setting health goals, because this is the one thing in life that we can control, and when you feel like you have more control in life, you'll have to confidence to move towards your other goals. Healthy body, healthy mind... When you're sick and weak, you can't do anything!!
My workout routine update: I still practice 90-minutes yoga 3 times a week, 30-40 minutes cardio with a 3-minutes #planking 3 times a week.

ช่วงนี้กำลังเปลี่ยนรูปแบบการออกกำลังกาย จากที่เคยเน้นแค่ cardio หรือ circuit training ที่ออกแต่ท่าเดิมๆ แข็งแรงแค่เฉพาะส่วน เช่นต้นขาหรือหน้าท้อง ตอนนี้เน้นการเคลื่อนไหวหรือ movement โดยใช้หลักการของกีฬา parkour มาประกอบ สิ่งที่รู้สึกทันทีคือ:
1. ได้เรียนรู้วิธีการใช้ร่างกายตัวเองมากขึ้น และเพิ่มทักษะในการเคลื่อนไหวตามที่ธรรมชาติออกแบบมามนุษย์เราได้ใช้จริงๆ เช่น ปีน ป่าย กระโดด วิ่ง หรือแม้แต่การ ยกของหนัก
2. เป็นการออกกำลังกายที่รู้สึกสนุกและไม่เบื่อ เหมือนกับย้อนเวลากลับไปเป็นเด็ก ยิ่งมีเพื่อนๆมาเล่นด้วยกัน จะสนุกเป็นพิเศษเพราะต่างคนต่างช่วยกัน cheer up เพื่อนๆ
3. เข้าใจ และ ทดสอบ limit ของร่างกายตัวเองได้ดีขึ้น แถมยังทำให้เราต้อง เผชิญกับอุปสรรคและก้าวผ่านความกลัวต่างๆได้ดีมากๆ 💪🏼
สรุปได้ว่าการออกกำลังกายลักษณะนี้จะทำให้เรา fit & strong ทั้งทางด้านร่างกายและจิตใจด้วยค่ะ
ทุกท่าที่เห็นนี้ใช้เวลาทำ 1 นาที พัก 15 วิ และ ต่อด้วยท่าต่อไปเป็น circuit (ทำทั้งหมด 3 รอบด้วยกัน) ถือว่าเรียกเหงื่อได้ทีเดียว 😅😅😅

Please READ this box for more info. Hi my lovelies, I've listened to your concerns / requests and so I've filmed a "Low Impact Beginner Home Exercises" for those of you who are new to exercising. I know that every one of us needs a starting point and most workouts can be tough especially when you are still building your stamina and strength.
This "Low Impact Beginner Home Exercises" is designed to help kickstart your fitness programme. This workout is a combination of Cardio, Strength & Core in order for you to get an effective workout. It is also gentle on your knees and low back, so it's suitable for those of you who have low back pain, previous lower back injury, or perhaps your current weight does not permit you to do any running or vigorous movements.
I've taken the time to explain each exercise move in detail. Throughout the workout, your aim is to keep perfecting your exercise posture and technique. Practising the proper workout form and posture from day 1 is extremely crucial to maximise workout performance, results, to avoid any injuries and also to avoid any bad exercise habits. So do pay attention to your posture and you can practise in front of a mirror if needed.
The total workout time is about 20 minutes, and you will be looking at burning between 100-150 calories. If you are able, you can challenge yourself to another set by repeating the video 2-3 times. Do this workout 3 times weekly for the next 4 weeks. After 4 weeks, you can progress by starting by "Beginner Fat Burning Workout" video.

Remember that being consistent with your workout is the way to build strength, stamina and to also gain the results you want (weight loss, fitter body etc). All the best and I hope that this workout video will be the starting point to your regular workout routine. =)

1) Leg Curls
2) Reach & Twist
3) Knee-Cross Crunch
4) Windmill Step
Strength Training
1) Squats -- 20reps
2) Knee push-ups -- 10reps
3) Lunges -- 10reps on each side
4) Tripod Row -- 10reps on each side
Core
1) Single Knee Tucks - 10reps
2) Plank (15secs hold, release and repeat once more)
