芝士煙肉焗風琴薯仔

需時:40分鐘
材料:
美薯 ... 1隻
煙肉 ... 4片
芝士片 ... 4片
車打芝士 ... 4片
牛油 ... 30克
調味料:
鹽 ... 2茶匙
黑椒碎 ... 1茶匙
橄欖油 ... 1湯匙
紅椒粉 ... 適量
番茜碎 ... 適量
食譜:
第一步 將薯仔切每層約0.5cm厚 預留空間不要切到底 成風琴形狀。
第二步 薯仔掃上橄欖油 鹽和黑椒碎調味
第三步 焗爐預熱200度 以200度焗18分鐘
第四步 薯仔取出 煙肉切成小片和碎粒 芝士切成小片
第五步 在薯仔之間放入小片煙肉和芝士 以200度5分鐘
第六步 薯仔取出 塗上牛油
第七步 放上芝士及煙肉碎 以200度焗5分鐘
第八步 灑上紅椒粉同蕃茜碎完成

Ingredients:
American potato ... 1pc
Bacon ... 4 slices
Cheese slices ... 4pcs
Cheddar cheese ... 4pcs
Butter ... 30g
Seasoning:
Salt ... 2tsp
Black pepper ... 1tsp
Oliver oil ... 1tbsp
Paprika
Parsley
Recipe:
STEP 1 Cut the potato into 0.5cm thick layers. Do not slice all the way through. Make accordion shape
STEP 2 Brush on olive oil. Season with salt and black pepper
STEP 3 Preheat oven at 200 degrees. Bake at 200 degrees for 18 minutes.
STEP 4 Take out the potato. Slice and chop the bacon. Cut cheese into small pieces.
STEP 5 Fill the layers with bacon slices and cheese. Bake at 200 degrees for 5 minutes.
STEP 6 Take out the potato. Brush on butter.
STEP 7 Put cheese and chopped bacon on top. Bake at 200 degrees for 5 minutes.
STEP 8 Sprinkle paprika and parsley on top before serving.
