#MondayMotivation 💦💦Full body resistance band & dumbbell workout, you can do this at home 🏡 or in the gym 🏋🏽♀️ 10-12 reps each exercise repeat 3 times 👊🏽❤️give this one a go 👊🏽💪🏽 These are all compound movements so you're working various muscles groups at once, you don't need to lift heavy to see results 🍑
1. Bands around ankles. Step Back Lunge with DB hammer curl
2. Bands above knees. Squat + Stretch Band with your legs + DB Front Raises
3. Repeat 1 on other leg
4. Bands around ankles. Squat + DB Overhead Press
5. Repeat 2
6. Bands around ankles. Plank + DB Alt Arm Row with Kickback
7. Bands around ankles. Hip Thrust + DB Chest Press. Place your feet on a Bosu or Dead Ball for extra core activation.
8. DB behind knee Kickback
9. Bands around ankles. Squat jump with DB punches
10. Bands around ankles. Wall sit with in and out tippy toes + DB overhead

今天是胸肌跟二頭肌,我只有花了55分鐘。chest and bicep routine today, only took me 55mins.
胸肌
Hammer Smith chest press- 3x10 warm up + 4x15 loading with burn out Hammer Smith incline chest press- 4x12
Hammer Smith decline chest press- 3x12 + burn out
Pushups- 5x10
二頭肌
Seated incline dumbbell curls-5x15+isometric hold for 20 seconds between sets and burn out at the 5th set
Standing 1h alternating dumbbell hammer curl - 4x10 each arm + superset with reverse barbell curls for 4x10
Plate curls - 4x15+burnout
Cable crossover behind the head curls 5x10+burnout

Just finished Arms (Bicep + Tricep) day. Had a great workout because the gym was pretty empty and I had it almost all to myself! Anyway for those who wanna know what my workout is
Here you go:
I switch from biceps to triceps back to back after each workout, that way I can pump both muscle part.
NOTE: ALL FORMS PERFORMED MUST BE VERY VERY STRICT.
1. Olympic Barbell Curl: 12 x 3
2. Skull Crusher: 12 x 4
3. Hammer Curl: 12 x 3
4. Close Grip Bench Press: 12 x 3
5. Dumbbell Curls: 12 x 3
6. Cable Pull Down : 12 x 4
7. Preacher Curl : 10 x 3
8. Tricep Kick Back : 10 x 4
All weights must be HEAVIER THAN AVERAGE, you have to challenge yourself whenever you workout, if your workout is easy, you'll remain as what you are now,
BUT
if you Challenge yourself, the sweat and that last short breath you push in those reps after a minute rest, ooooooh get back home and whack in those protein and watch your body EVOLVE ! Have a good weekend everyone! Stay Positive and Never give up :)

#做TABATA間歇訓練時一定要注意的事
開始前,請必須做暖身運動和伸展操讓肌肉放鬆。
進行訓練時,最重要的就是時間,必須準確遵守運動20秒全力以赴再休息10秒的原則,運動效果才會顯著。
(為了影片美觀容易學習因此我們放慢了速度)
以這樣的方式進行8組動作,便能有像長時間運動般的燃脂效果。
就算只是勉強運動的人,只要在能力範圍裡用盡全力,也能達到效果。因此,建議間歇訓練要以「慢慢提高速度與次數」的方式來進行最好,在自己體力得以負荷的範圍內進行,比起勉強自己,量力而為才不會受傷。
還有,因為這是在最短時間內盡可能達到最大心跳速率的累人運動,若是容易罹患腦中風或是心臟麻痺的人,做這個運動很可能會發生危險。服用高血壓藥的患者,或是曾罹患腦中風或心臟麻痺者,在進行此訓練前,一定要先詢問醫生。

这次训练是哑铃的全身性运动,如果家里没有哑铃的粉丝们可以用水瓶装满水也能够有一样的效果哦。在动作时切记速度不要过快,全程保持注意离心收缩以避免受伤和达到最好的效果。
