2. 職稱:Technical Support Specialist (Full time permanent job)
3. 公司提供的職位說明:
To provide a high level of offsite Post Sales technical support to Fuji Xerox customers.
To be the centre of competence in supporting multi-functional devices, de-centralized printers, selected centralized printers and software.
4. 職責
Respond to customer technical issues in a timely manner via telephone, e-mail and other appropriate means.
Use and develop problem-solving techniques to resolve customer issues (including reproducing problems and simulating the customers computer and network environment).
Maintaining ownership for a customer issue until a reasonable conclusion is reached and or escalation is required.
Acquiring and maintaining comprehensive knowledge of industry standards that are relevant to the latest Fuji Xerox Solutions.
Contribute to the maintenance and development of common computer laboratories.
5. 個人特質
Ability to interact effectively in a team environment, demonstrating excellent organizational, planning, analytical and time management skills.
Ability to demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
6.能力要求:
母語中文(台灣口音,需要有台語溝通能力),韓文3~4級或英文中等。大學畢業,電腦、機械、電子相關科系畢業為佳,或具有基本電腦知識。工作經歷要求相關科技產業一年以上,或商業相關產業五年以上。雖然這份工作跟技術服務有關,但不用怕,相關的工作知識,公司將提供完整教育訓練。
7.薪資福利:
現地雇用,比照韓國富士全錄韓國同職等職員敘薪,細節須面議。公司會代為辦理E7工作簽證,所以不用擔心居留問題。
