Mental health is often neglected due to lack of knowledge about it, how ever what people don’t understand is that our brain is the central operating system of our body, imagine your phone’s mother board cracked? All those apps you paid for, those beautiful casing , the expensive screen protectors won’t matter anymore and this includes the phone itself.
Sadly, the phones can be changed, but there is only one you and consider your brain as your mother board. If you neglect your mental health, you are going to project negativity onto yourself or even worst, on to others.
Doesn’t matter how small or big your problems are if they are disturbing your mental peace make sure to seek help, talk to someone and educate yourself about it.
The world is built on individual opinion and mindset don’t let it judge the size and severity of your issues , everyone’s problem is a problem and I’d like you to know your problems and you matter so seek help.
