肉骨茶，一直是我很想把它融入在烘焙裡的一個味道。這些年斷斷續續的試過將他與餅乾、蛋糕、麵包、巧克力、甚至雪糕結合，但效果不是我想要的。

直到巴斯克蛋糕的出現，某個夜裡覺得應該可以將兩者結合，於是就有了最初的样子。雖然說有了開始，但還是經歷了多次的嘗試和調整，烤了多少也丟了不少的蛋糕。期間也跑了無數趟的藥材鋪，試了不同的肉骨茶藥材配方。最終，才有了他。

他是鹹口味的起司蛋糕，結合了肉骨茶藥膳風味。有著我家肉絲雞蛋糕的韻味，適合配熱茶多過咖啡的起司蛋糕。品嚐後口腔會殘留著不屬於西點該有的神秘味道，微波加熱後更顯風味。

總結來說，他不是一般正常口味的起司蛋糕，但味道其實也不會太突兀。😂
