Visiting 1 TCM once again to show some love to my body.

Today is a little bit different, I didn't actually go full traditional chinese treatment. I did their Physiotherapy (from the West) and Magnetotherapy treatments instead.

My right elbow has been bothering me recently (from pull ups) and my ankle doesn't feel good (used to sprained my ankle). Took just a few minutes to access the root cause of limiting the range of motion and discomforts, and managed to get a good release to speed up the healing process.

I did their Magnetotherapy after physio. This is a non-invasive treatment that uses a magnetic massage tool to release built up lactic acids, loosen up those tensed muscles real good allowing more fresh blood to enter those muscles for greater healing and relaxation.
