• Selalu menguap/mudah mengantuk.

• Rasa ketegangan di tengkuk dan pinggang.

•’Muscle spasms’ waktu tidur/jaga.

• Sakit kepala/migraine.
• Perasaan mudah marah.
• Hilang selera makan.
• Hilang/kurang nafsu seks
• Dan rasa ketidakselesaan badan.
Cara dan Bahan² :
1. 3 sudu halba direndamkan halba dlm air dlm 2minit dan toskan seketika.
2. 3cm halia muda diparut
3. 4 Ulas bawang putih
4. 15biji lada hitam.Semua bahan2 diatas.Ditumbuk halba sehingga halus hancur dan kemudian dicampur halia,bawang putih last masukkan lada hitam. Tumbuk sampai hancur. Kemudian bahan2 tersebut digentel kecil spt maajun. Boleh disimpan dlm peti sejuk letak satu bekas.
Jamu ini boleh di ambil 2 biji pagi dan 2 biji malam. Jika diamalkan perut akan kempis.
* Tips cara makan ini :
Minum dgn air suam.
*badan akan ringan,angin akan keluar dan mengempiskan perut.
*perempuan mengandung tidak sesuai diamalkan.

• Feeling stress on the neck and waist.
• Dry Skin.

Ways and friends:
1. 3 tablespoon of fenugreek in the water in 2 minutes and throw it for a while.

4. 15 pieces of black pepper. All the ingredients are above. Getting punched by the fenugreek until it's smooth and then mixed with ginger, the last garlic put in black pepper. Punch it until it's broken. Then the ingredients are as small as maajun. Can be kept in the fridge put one container.
This jamu can be taken 2 pieces in the morning and 2 nights. If practiced, the stomach will be flat.

Drink with warm water.
