所以會特別設計每次做gym既最後15分鐘
做非常簡單但相當有效既HIIT workout
刺激一下全身既肌肉之餘

1. 掌上壓 Push Up
2. 超人 Superman
3. 移動式平板支撐 Mobile Plank
4. 登山步 Mountain Climber
5. 單車式捲腹 Bicycle Crunches
6. 俯卧撐 Burpees
7. 深蹲跳 Squats Jumps
8. 青蛙深蹲 Frog Squats

- 8 exercises, 35s work, 15s rest, 2 rounds!
- 我自己做到第2round都已經喘哂氣😂
