Arabs call khitan, Malays mention circumcision or circumcision, the old people say 'enter jawi'.
Many people don't know, circumcision will make baby circumcision on the 7. th day
Yes, apart from aqiqah, shaving hair, and giving name, circumcision also among the sunnah of his majesty SAW on the 7th day of birth.
Baby is suitable for circumcision as soon as birth to 4 months old. After that, it's quite difficult to be circumcised, because the baby is starting to lie down.
Sadly, many do not know or miss this sunnah circumcision. It's also a custom for the Malays to circumcise their son when they're late for children.

From Ibnu ' Abbas ra said,
′′ There are seven things that include the sunnah of the baby on the seventh day: Named, circumcised,...." (HR; Thabrani)
From Abu Ja ' far ra said,
′′ Fathimah carried out his son's aqiqah on the seventh day. He also shaved and shaved his hair as well as the silver as the weight of his hair." (HR; Ibn Abi Syaibah)
Alhamdulillah, Taqi & Zaki we circumcised their time 3 months.
We're a little late. But for some people they ask, why is it so early?
Among the reasons why many choose to miss the child's circumcision:
1. Don't know the circumcision between the sunnah of the 7th day and better be hastened.
2. Pity and worry, afraid that the baby is sick.
3. I haven't reached the heart to see the circumcision process and watch the baby cry
4. Want children to feel the experience of being circumcised.
Circumcision is sunnah. So it's a religious guide. Islam is not wrong, but Islam is rahmah's religion.
So, don't think about ' poor baby ', afraid that baby is sick and so on. Because Islam will not be wronged by its people. While in animals Islam teaches rahmah's nature, this is what happens to babies. So of course there's rahmah when we're circumcising our baby.
Among the advantages of circumcision as a baby:
1. Babies lack of pain, because baby skin is still soft. baby sleeps a lot. Just like us, if we sleep, all the pain will be gone.
2. Baby wounds heal fast, as early as 5-7 days.
3. Babies don't need to confinement. Even parents don't need to get tired of taking care of children's abst Because the food is only milk.
4. Babies are not blocked by the move. Because the baby's work is lying down and sleeping.
5. Babies won't be afraid. Because babies still have no fear. Different from children, they already know the meaning of fear.
6. Parents don't need to be tired of persuading their children so they agree to circumcise Because baby is ready to surrender to be circumcised.
7. Circumcised babies can avoid the disease. Some children who have not been circumcised will be affected by blind urine. So, finally the doctor recommended to be circumcised soon.
8. Parents are also not tired of taking care of babies after circumcision. Because the care is very easy.
Isn't this all proof of sunnah rahmah? Ease baby's affairs and ease parent s' affairs.
If mom or dad are afraid, maybe we can try not to watch the circumcision process. Let her baby nenda or uncle accompany her. Don't be because of our shortcomings, the sunnah has to be missed.
If the circumcision experience is sought,
Hmmm, there are many other experiences that the child can find. At least, you can record the circumcision process using your handphone. When you grow up, show back to the child.
It's here, the custom is changed to sunnah.
Don't be because according to our custom to leave sunnah.
Sunnah is more important.
You don't lose your child's circumcision
Actually, they will be very grateful because their parents chose to circumcise them early.
How many mothers regret that they didn't regret because they didn't circumcise their children when they were little.
If something has been missed, it's okay. Continue to find the right time to circumcise your children. InsyaAllah it will be eased
Khitan has two times, mandatory time and sunnah time. The mandatory time is when the age of baligh, and the sunnah time is before. Ibnu Hajar the best time to do the circumcision is on the seventh day after birth and does not slow down the circumcision so that the time is mandatory unless there is a certain excuse or cause. (Fathul Bari 10/342).

Thank God, the process of Taqi & Zaki circumcision is all made easy. I'm not awake either, live like normal days. Day 3 of our circumcision has gone on holiday in Terengganu.. hehe..
We are circumcised with Dr. Khairuddin at Taqwa clinic, Ipoh. Dr Khairuddin is very experienced. Her work is very thorough and neat.
Cost of only RM140 including medicine. It's pretty cheap than most normal places. If it's in KL Selangor area, we survey the price of about RM250- 400. That's what we do in Ipoh, save money! Hehe..
Time to circumcise the baby, Dr. Khairuddin shows the 'palat' that is inside the penis Taqi & Zaki, the doctor also said,
′′ Look, even the baby's palat has many like this, imagine if the 12-year-old is not circumcised anymore. Many have been accumulated in there ".
This is a piece of our experience. We were not able to follow the sunnah for Taqi & Zaki circumcision on the 7th day due to health and various matters. So we can only follow the sunnah to hurry to circumcise them.
Islam is very beautiful. There must be a lot of wisdom behind the sunnah circumcision when a baby.
Our children also look more macho and handsome when they're married 😎

It has been a long journey. 2002 was the year that I signed up for a gym membership and picked up a pair of 5kg dumbbells for the first time. I was driven by the physique of a fitness model on Men's Health magazine. I remember that the very first exercise I did was a set of Chest Press with the 5kg dumbbells and it was a struggle. Boys always want to look good on the top.

For a very long time, I did not progress much. At one point, I shifted my focus to running as I thought I was better at that.

In the picture, I was on the chubby side in 2010 (bottom right). Then, I got very heavy in early 2012 weighted at 94kg in my effort to get bigger. Realizing that my effort to get bigger is heading to the wrong direction, I spent nearly 10 months to lose 22kg and definition of my abs are popping out for the first time.
.
Since then, I was too scared to put on size from 2013 to 2015 as I thought I would never see my abs again if I lose it. Vanity it seems but the fear is real. I avoided carbohydrate like a plague.

However, I was struggling to get better at my major lift. I know body weight could be one of the reasons. In an effort to put on size with the right direction, I started working with @trainasp crews. It seems like competing in men physique competition is a part of my destiny, I stepped on stage to compete without the intention to step on stage 6 months prior to the competition. My comp prep for my first comp started 6 weeks out. It was the easiest prep I've done. Since then, competition has become a drive for me to get better in the gym.

I must say that I have come a long way. And patience has rewarded me for what I deserve in my timeline. Everyone has different timelines. Mine is just a tad bit longer.

繼我在十月十號的見證後,我想要跟進現在的進展,希望能讓更多人明白玄學的神奇,也希望更多人能夠見識到玳瑚師父的神準。
之前在我的見證裡,我提到在通過玳瑚師父幫我運用八字玄機,來設計一份獨一無二適合自己的飲食,運動「菜單」後,我在一個半月內瘦了四公斤。其實除了「菜單」以外,師父在幫我改名字的時候,也已申明新的名字會大力的輔助我瘦身、修身段,也會讓我變漂亮。
在照著師父開的「菜單」下,而且一個禮拜運動最多一到兩次的情況下,我竟然從上一次見證到今天,又瘦了接近三公斤!總統計,我在請師父幫我改了名字和看了八字後的近三個月內,瘦了七公斤!除此之外,在沒有特意花更多時間保養的狀況下,自己的膚質也變得比之前常去美容院時更好。這些改變除了讓我變得更自信,也讓我對於師父的神準感到嘖嘖稱奇,而且也對他的能力更折服。
除了得到師父玄學的幫助以外,我也很謝謝師父無私地花很多寶貴的時間教導我佛學。在和師父學習佛法的這幾個月里,我才明白自己很多的缺點,有太多的慾望和犯戒的地方。通過師父的教導,我意識到犯不同的戒律對我們自己以後會有什麼因果,而且不應該犯戒律的原因。我也漸漸學習如何戒掉以往甚多不好的慾望、例如貪吃,喝,玩,樂和睡。我從中瞭解到,原來在戒掉過多的慾望,也會無形中助我的臉孔變得更清秀。謝謝師父給予我這個跟他學習佛法的寶貴經驗,真的讓我獲益匪淺。

I wish to provide an update to my current progress after my last testimonial written on 10 October 2016, as I want to emphasize on the power of unveiling the secrets of your own Bazi and also to reiterate the accuracy of Master Dai Hu.
In my last testimonial, I had mentioned that Master Dai Hu had tailor-made my "personalised menu" for consumption of suitable food, as well as exercise based on my Bazi. This menu and exercise helped me to lose four kg within one and a half month. Besides this "personalised menu", he had also clearly mentioned during my name change session that my new name will greatly aid me to lose weight, regain a better body figure and improve my looks.
Based on the menu and exercising for not more than 2 times a week, my weight dropped further by a whopping near three kg since my last testimonial! In total, I lost seven kg within just a period of nearly three months! In addition, without spending extra time on skin care and maintenance, my skin condition even became better than when I was frequenting a beauty salon. These changes have not only made me more confident in myself, but also further enforced my amazement and respect at Shifu's accuracy and ability.
I am fortunate because besides obtaining Shifu’s help in the Chinese metaphysics area, I was also given the opportunity to learn Buddhism from Shifu. I greatly appreciate Shifu guidance, as he spent a lot of time to guide me along despite his busy schedule, having his own cultivation and needing to attend to clients' calls. Through Shifu’s teaching for the past months, I realized many of my weaknesses, desires and actions that incurred bad karma. After understanding the karma impact of my undesirable actions and behaviors, I learnt to cut away some of my undesirable behaviors such as overspending my time and money on leisure eating, drinking, playing and sleeping instead of utilizing the time to do meaningful things and improving myself. By doing so, I am pleasantly surprised to realize that my appearance also improved for the better. Thank you Shifu for giving me this rare chance.
All thanks to Shifu’s help and empowerment, I was able to shake off the pain of not being able to lose weight for the past several years. Besides slimming down, upon the guidance of Shifu, I was also able to further understand the various benefits and harm that certain ingredients can bring to my body. This is because due to the difference in individual's bazi, one should have his/her own personalised menu for the betterment of the body. This menu not only helps a person who desires to slim down in slimming, but also helps to enhance the luck and overall health of himself/herself. If you are also looking for your own "personalised menu" for whichever reasons I mentioned above, I would suggest that you don't hesitate and seek Master Dai Hu's help immediately! There are many factors that can cause constipation, some of the most common reasons include severe stress, a poor diet, lack of exercise, lack of sleep, dehydration, and even a change of environment or time zone due to travelling.
I’m sure when you’ve been constipated for several days, your abdomen feels bloated and extremely uncomfortable, making you agitated, and even moody. Watch this video to learn how frequently you should go to the toilet and 7 tips to help relieve constipation naturally!
1) Drink warm water
2) Drink a cup of coffee
3) Have a consistent poop routine
4) Adjust your toilet posture
5) Increase your fibre intake, but don't over do it!
6) Eat pre & probiotic foods
7) Exercise regularly
Occasional constipation is normal, but if you experience pain every time you go then speak to your doctor if you’re concerned about your ongoing constipation.

In 2015, I was able to lose weight from 78 kilos to 62 kilos in 3 months. I am trying to beat that record this year by losing 10 kilos in one month. Just like what I did in 2015, I will focus on two main exercises- skipping rope and kickboxing.
Today, November 1, I thought I was 68 kilos the last time I checked which was a week ago but I gained weight again. So instead of losing 8 Kilos in a month, now, I will need to lose a total of 10 kilos.
The challenge here is, I will not have any diet at all and will continue eating the food I normally eat but lose alcohol and at least half of my cigarette consumption from two packs a day to one at the end of the month.
I am doing this challenge to get my confidence back and stay away from bad influences that are ruining my life. Stress is one of the major reasons for mental health issues but just like before, I was able to kick it out by hitting the gym regularly.
Seeing myself gaining back my self-esteem made me a better person, inside and out. At the end of the year, I want to maintain or be better to finally let myself free from negative aspects of life that are keeping me from enjoying life.

For the next 28 days, I want you to:
1) Include at least 2 servings of soups everyday. You can either have it for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
2) Choose only low-calorie vegetable or broth based soupS. For instance chunky vegetables, pureed vegetables, clear chicken or beef broth.
3) Avoid cream-based soups especially those loaded with heavy cream, cheese and pasta.
4) Avoid instant can or powdered soup. Those soups tend to be high in calories, fat and sodium, which defeats the whole purpose of adding soups into your diet.
5) If possible, go for homemade soups. If you want to use ready soup stocks for convenience, then opt for the low sodium or low fat variety.

Here are 10 reasons why you should include soups into your diet:
1) It’s very nutritious
You’re basically getting a good balance of protein, carbs and healthy fat all in one bowl. This gives you energy and keep you going for the entire day!
2) You feel full quicker and longer
The combination of water and solids in soup fills you up quicker and longer because it expands the stomach.
3) Reduce total caloric intake
Because soup can fill you up for very few calories, eating soup on a daily basis means that you’re more likely to eat less, crave less, which can help to further reduce your total daily calorie intake and lead to weight loss or to maintain a healthy weight.

The basis of soup is basically water. So eating soup will contribute to your daily water intake and keep you hydrated.
5) Meet your 5-a-day

6) Great for digestion
The high water content of the vegetables in soup promotes healthy digestion by flushing out toxins in the body. If you suffer from water retention, bloating or constipation, try adding soups into your diet.
7) It’s easy!
Anybody can whip up a good bowl of soup. Even if you can’t cook, it’s almost impossible to mess up. It’s a one-pot dish, you can keep adding more of something into the pot until it turns out fine.
8) You can make-ahead
Whether chilled or warm soups, you can make-ahead in large batches. Keep them chilled in the fridge, or freeze them up and reheat when ready to eat. They’ll last for many weeks and it’s so convenient.
9) It’s affordable
Vegetables, broths and water are cheap. You can easily cook a large pot of soup at a very low cost to feed the entire family to keep them full and healthy!
10) It’s comforting
No matter what cultural background you’re from, a bowl of soup is ALWAYS comforting. It is also very nourishing, restorative, light and very easily digested, especially when we’re ill.
