最近這一陣子身體常常覺得很冷一直很想吃麻油腰子,一早衝到市場買看到新鮮腰子馬上請老闆打包。一副就是兩個,大部分的老闆都會幫忙對切後中間把內臟腺體和微血管切乾淨回家等要煮時再切片。
麻油腰子做法:
1.十字切片後用清水沖洗乾淨直到水質變清澈
2.先用滾水燙到五分熟起鍋後再用清水沖洗
3.加入食用油爆香薑片後加入腰子和麻油拌炒
4.加入米酒、水和少許鹽調味(酒1:水1)喜歡口味重的可以(酒2:水1)
5起鍋前加入枸杞增加甜味
腰子不要切太小片煮過後縮小吃起來口感就不好吃
不喜歡腰子換成雞肉或是腰內肉也可以喔!
