看不到市场需求不分享 看不到产品价值不分享不盲从 也做不到没用过就分享产品图做推荐的新晋一菜鸟
我一直在想 能做到大概就是奇迹了

结果还真的在最后一刻让我完成了

Victory only blesses the united, and now more so than ever, we must focus all our efforts, skills and resources to work with one another. Yet to see some parts of our world with selfish intents and bias agendas, we must #MaskUp and detach from all the bullshit. Together, we can focus on rebuilding towards a brighter united World.

还记得是2016那年常会在社交网里看见这家糖水店的推荐文，那时的甜在心还是在住宅区里营业着，一道《太极鸳鸯糊》让甜在心红极一时。

甜在心是孙德安和王淑蓉两夫妇一起合力经营，男主外女主内，甜在心是两人心血结晶。据孙德安说2005年一开始时，他们还在路边摆档，一煮就好多锅排成一排让客人选着买。

王淑蓉爱煮，能煮一手好甜品，孙德安年轻时曾经学过厨艺，也当过厨师，两人合力不断研发新产品。访谈中孙德安不断表示感激很多前辈们的不吝分享，他也遇过很多爽快的高人教路，哪里做得不对味，怎样煮得更好，孙德安都谦虚受教。

生意慢慢得以步入轨道，为了要更方便客人和制作更多种类糖水和甜品，甜在心便于2009年第一次搬进店里。

客源是搬迁一次流失一次

开业那么多年依然门庭若市，人龙不断，周末时一等就是好久好久，但无形中也流失了很多客人。经互联网的兴起，每人人手一部手机，好东西就是有人不断传颂，来吃甜在心糖水的客人也极速增长，终于2017年末又搬到了现址的更大店面。

空间大了一倍，问题也随即放大了一倍。时间是最大的局限，孙德安清楚知道问题的症结和迫切性，所以迁移以前他就着手研究如何把整个流程加速，怎么才能让客人不必等太久，让人流更加顺畅，把原本流失客人的再度吸引回来。

科技和系统化有效提升效率

他研发了一个系统能让顾客用手机点单，就算人还没到，就能登录系统点要吃的，来吃也好，打包带走也好，车到店前不必下车，弄好直接拿给客人，十分便利。订购网站还会注明每日的营业时间，今天有什么糖水甜品，一目了然。去之前登录进去看一看最准确。

革命与反弹

开始实行的初期，受到很多客人反弹，说买了就走为什么那么麻烦？纵使多方压力之下，手机下单这件事，孙德安依然咬紧牙关坚持下来。他知道简化程序是甜在心必经之路，如果过不了这关，经营下去的路只有越来越倍受挑战。

所幸的是经过积极的推行几个月后，熟客也开始接受，毕竟时下很多老年人也会用电话上网，没什么难度。客人们猛然发现上网下单的便利性 节省了很多不必要等待。革新这件事就是那样，坚持贯彻始终才能达成预设的效果。

标准化确保稳定品质

还没做糖水生意之前，孙德安曾经在工厂呆过几年，他的思维方式也是像运作工厂那样，他表示程序是心脏，标准化是灵魂，他希望每位顾客每次来到甜在心都能尝到一样好吃的糖水和甜品。

标准化生产是甜在心的根本，多少的原料，多少水，什么温度，煮多久，每一环都经过反复验证。依照他们夫妇俩要求的品质和客人要求来制定标准，受欢迎的明星产品就是那样练就而成。

明星产品不是偶然

甜在心和外间的糖水有明显差异化，主要是在用料上着手，这里选用更优质食材不说，更讲究的是食疗和养生，天然用料不带色素。甜在心不用砂糖代以冰糖，吃起来就多了一份清甜。为了确保新鲜度和品质，他们的椰浆是自己买老椰回来起肉榨浆，所以吃起来更浓郁香纯不带酸味。


款式多，够心思是甜在心的必杀技，简单的款式，他们都会努力想出怎样附加价值把它做得更好，更美。
