聖誕花圈貝果。自製抹醬是蜂蜜和抹茶口味 ，貝果是可可口味，而我的心是溫暖的口味 。
十種我最常吃的厚片土司的口味變化，自製吐司抹醬為自己的健康把關。五種鹹口味(大蒜奶油/鮪魚洋蔥/蔥花餡/焗烤起司/火腿起司）、五種甜口味（花生醬/芝麻醬/椰子奶酥醬/榛果巧克力醬/草莓果醬)，一個月的早餐口味不重複！

(鹹) 大蒜奶油 / Garlic Butter
30 g 大蒜切碎 / minced garlic
80 g 無鹽奶油 / unsalted butter
1/4 小匙 鹽 / salt
少許 乾燥巴西里 / dried parsley

(鹹) 鮪魚洋蔥起司 / Tuna Onion with Cheese
1 罐 鮪魚罐頭 / canned tuna （約150g)
80 g 洋蔥切碎 / minced onion
1 小匙 大蒜粉 / garlic powder
1 小匙 洋蔥粉 / onion powder
少許 切達起士 / cheddar cheese （可用披薩起司絲替代）
少許 莫札瑞拉起士 / mozzarella cheese （可用披薩起司絲替代）
少許 鹽、胡椒 / salt, pepper

這種單純用香蕉製成的冰淇淋英文是叫 Nice Cream，目前好像還沒有明確的中文名字，就直接叫它香蕉冰淇淋吧!
至今我已經做過滿多次這個Nice Cream了，而這個冰淇淋也可以像一般冰淇淋一樣有口味變化，而目前我最愛的就是個 巧克力香蕉冰淇淋 !
