新冠肺炎疫情在各地漫延，前線的醫護人員犧牲奉獻，被喻為無名英雄。 劉德華在網上看到一張照片上觸動人心的句子「#我不知道你是誰但我知道你為了誰」，因而啟發將他參與合唱的抗疫歌曲《愛的橋樑》重新填上廣東歌詞 ，賦予歌名《我知道》，為所有在“疫境”中克盡己任，英勇奮戰的醫護人員打氣，更號召大馬歌手齊齊獻唱，把這份暖意再傳遞下去，散播正能量到每個角落，陪伴抗疫人員一起共度這個艱難時期，並表達無限敬意。

再過幾天就是十月一日國慶日，北京已換了新裝迎接慶典。
