Senior Risk Control Manager

Job Discription
• Review contracts and legal files, and support other investment team with legal opinions;
• Support and draft overall executable proposals and policies for risk management;
• Participate in and support projects, VIE planning and due diligence, evaluate and analysis risks;
• Ensure the public and internal control rules, plans, budgets and schedules regulated; Keep the relation between business partners; Prepare and conduct researches, manuals and training guidelines for work.
• Communicate with relevant team members and staffs, and relevant staffs of Group HQ, other Groups. Correspond with and coordinate sources of judicial, prosecute, administrative sovereign bodies and regulators.
Job Responsibilities
• Participate in the major management dissolutions and negotiation of significant projects and contracts, issue legal and consultant opinions; Participate in drafting and review of business contracts, files and corporate policies with legal advices; Participate in business consultancy and legal support for business branches, develop risk control system.
• Participates in all kinds of litigations, follow and deal with incidents and supervise all statistic analysis; Participates in organizing and advocate the legal activities and trainings.
• Update the investment legislations and regulations database, issue advices and proposals for the influence of legislations and supervisions on corporate management.
• Other works assigned.
Desired Key Skills:
• 3 years of relevant work experience
• TOEFL 100, IELTS 7, equivalent certificates or better command of English
• Experiences on investment, Acquisition, ABS related projects
• Motivate to lead or cooperate with others, including on matters where you have no direct oversight or management responsibilities over those whose assistance/participation is required.
• Ability to understand project requirements and corporate strategies, and how to ensure your work is advancing
• Demonstrated ability to think creatively to devise strategies that advance customers and clients interests, prioritize among competing responsibilities, and devise long-term strategies
• Communicates clearly to a variety of different audiences (public relations, public policy/government affairs, litigation, etc.).
• Ability to communicate complicated legal and policy advice clearly and succinctly to a variety of different audiences (internal and external) from a diverse set of disciplines (lawyers, project managers, engineers, business executives, government officials, policymakers, academics, reporters) and cultures.
• Willingness to experiment and try new things, and learn quickly from failure and/or mistakes.
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-pressure environment and working on cutting-edge legal and policy matters where ambiguity is the rule rather than the exception.
• Ability and willingness to adapt quickly as the legal, policy and factual landscape continues to evolve.
