【運動人生 】喬靖夫文字×馮展鵬插畫　《跑攻籃球》網上開波

你是武俠小說迷嗎？若果是，一定有追喬靖夫的《武道狂之詩》，也應該知他除了寫作也熱愛籃球，被隊友稱為「中距離之鬼」，50歲的他更常說「老兵打不死」。今次把愛好和專業結合，找來80後插畫師馮展鵬插畫助攻，在網上連載長篇籃球小說《跑攻籃球 RUNNING 5IVE》。「本身8月出，一直延遲，覺得呢個時候宣傳新作似乎唔太啱。不過睇到暴雪聰哥事件後又諗，如果佢喺自己範疇唔係有咁高能力，呢件事件又唔會發酵到咁，所以做好自己、發揮強項，似乎都係重要事。」於是早前就開始網上連載《跑攻籃球 RUNNING 5IVE》。

其實喬靖夫寫的籃球小說配馮展鵬的插畫，在二〇一三年已經出現，那是為Nike宣傳而寫的Kobe Bryant短篇小說。「未寫Kobe小說前，已經留意到馮展鵬嘅作品，見到佢為小說《獵殺天讎》畫嘅封面。嘩！小說封面可以咁靚嘅？」門小雷畫的《武道狂之詩》封面都好靚呀？「講緊嗰陣仲係較小型出版社幫我出書，封面比較簡單。之後再見到佢畫嘅漫畫《密殺戰群》，已經好想同佢合作。去到Nike搵我寫Kobe小說，終於有機會『勾搭』佢，就搵佢合作。」所以這次《跑攻籃球》亦很自然再找他，「其實幾年前已經開始寫呢套籃球小說，不過當時又寫緊《武道狂之詩》，所以比較慢，而家完咗，就決定寫完佢。」

馮展鵬現時替一間美國遊戲公司製作插圖及角色設定，「好早喬靖夫已經mark定話想我畫呢套小說嘅插圖，今次小說亦都比一般多圖，因為有啲畫面用埋連環圖去表達更加好。」製作過程是喬靖夫已經給馮展鵬看了兩本單行本小說份量的內容，喬靖夫說馮展鵬沒有刻意給予故事上的意見，「但有啲細節地方，我係睇完佢嘅圖，覺得可以有更好嘅表達，而作少少內文嘅修改。」

喬靖夫說新作除了網上連載，也會於明年初推出實體書，預定第一部會兩期完，「暫定兩期內容都叫做寫完，不過係可以有後續嘅。」現在小說於文章發佈網上平台Medium連載，作者可以因應付費訂閱讀者的數量及閱讀時間而收費，最近計算稿酬方法是以閱讀時間為準，即是假設某位付費會員每個月花10%時間閱讀他的文章，喬靖夫就可以在其月費中分得10%作收入，而以前的「拍掌（claps）」數目，則只會影響文章在Medium上的能見度，「都係精神上嘅鼓勵。」不過頭幾回連載暫時免費，「始終新題材，希望讀者可以先免費試閱。」他說之後的篇章要付費看，帶點蠱惑地補充：「會去到某個高潮位先收費。」而且這個新連載模式隨時可以為後來的新作者鋪路，「就好似日本漫畫界咁，點樣可以支持到一個漫畫家？就係連載時都有收入，唔需要等單行本推出先賣書賺錢。如果開到呢條路係好好嘅，因為有志成為小說作家嘅年輕人都可以咁做，到時唔需要好艱苦先出到書，可能出到書又擔心賣得唔好，唔使成日考慮『開唔開始好？仲寫唔寫好？』即時睇到讀者反應，只要專心寫好作品就得，開拓寫作生涯會更容易。」

兩期內容已完成，近排豈非好悠閒？「都唔係㗎！連載過程都幾多工夫要做⋯⋯」喬靖夫此時望向馮展鵬，「要催稿啦，出連載前又會執吓細節，而且一星期連載兩回，要喺facebook宣傳，砌吓圖寫吓感想，其實比起以前只出實體書仲忙咗㖭。」至於和馮展鵬的合作模式，「我哋好簡單，無論Medium收到嘅稿費，或者之後實體書，又或者有後續改編版權費，全部五五分賬。」

說到支持，近排大家都會支持抱相同政見的商店、公眾人物甚至作家。一早表態的喬靖夫說：「近排嘅『爆買行動』我都有支持，建立咁樣嘅自足經濟好有意思。不過，講到自己嘅創作，都有啲堅持。就係雖然我以身為一個香港作家為榮，但唔希望大家因為我嘅社會意見同立場，特登嚟支持我。我從來只希望，大家係單純因為覺得我嘅書寫得好，真係喜歡，先去買先去睇，而唔係因為其他『附帶價值』。我認為，要真正有咁嘅實力，先可以持久創作落去。」

寫完《跑攻籃球》，完成連載之後，喬靖夫會回歸武俠，「之後會再寫長篇動作小說，都算係古代武俠類，不過同《武道狂之詩》會好唔同，多啲幻想元素。至於《跑攻籃球》，會睇讀者反應同人氣，再抽時間寫落去。」

提到籃球、熱血，我們都會想起高中籃球。「起初都有考慮過，不過我比較想寫多啲成年人感受，講年輕人夢想同工作之間嘅故事，有少少現實嘅殘酷，亦有被一本日本漫畫影響，就係《籃球之星》，本漫畫唔係好多人識，但入面嘅主角就好多人識，叫佐古賢一，係一位生於一九七〇年嘅真實日本籃球員，就係講佢投入社會後加入日本嘅企業籃球聯賽。仲有一本係《籃球少年王》，雖然係講高中籃球，但入面嘅嘢好現實，講球員融入嗰方面都好有參考價值。」說到影響、靈感，竟然沒有《Slam Dunk》？「入樽？呢本唔使講啦！」是的，一整代喜歡籃球的人，都被《Slam Dunk》影響。

插畫方面，馮展鵬說主要參考NBA球員，「因為主角藍本都係有啲跟Allen Iverson。」喬靖夫補充：「仲有第三主角大前鋒，我哋比較老少少，我係參考Chris Webber。」還有日本B League，為甚麼是日本？馮展鵬說：「因為日本B League個氣氛同體系都係似《跑攻籃球》嘅背景，又可以搵到亞洲地區球衣設計、球員裝扮嘅感覺。」說到籃球插畫，又一定要提《Slam Dunk》的井上雄彥，「影響梗係大，所以一定想盡量擺脫佢嘅影子，但好難，講到籃球插畫，冇人避得開佢。」

背景不是香港不是台灣也不是日本，「背景有啲香港，有啲日本，又有啲菲律賓，因為菲律賓當地人對籃球好狂熱，亞洲嚟講比較少國家嘅最人氣運動係籃球。所以今次係一個架空城市，似係日本溝台灣再國際化啲，入面會有歐洲球員、黑人球員、日本人，甚至係台灣原住民。我嘅作品喺香港同台灣都有賣，所以唔希望淨係一個地方嘅人有共鳴，希望鍾意華文小說嘅人都會留意。」

Mediators是一隊以傳媒及不同媒體創作人組成的籃球隊，「要講寫Kobe小說同《跑攻籃球》最大分別，就係嗰陣未有Mediators。加入呢隊波對我寫呢篇小說都好大影響。以前未試過參與正式球隊，而家體會到同隊友相處、融合嘅感覺，以前打街波冇呢啲問題。亦都明白多咗好多關於球隊嘅要素，去打比賽嘅心理變化，點建立成隊人嘅士氣，打呢隊波畀咗好多靈感我。」說到組隊打波，更加可以尋回青春，「每年一次過台灣打波，多數隊友是特登請假過去，嗰幾日就只有籃球，感覺好青春，好難得。」至於馮展鵬則只加入了幾個月，「好細個已經整傷膝頭，之後都有打到廿幾三十歲，但舊患傷得多就開始驚，而且身邊少咗人打。」喬靖夫說已多次邀請他入隊，但馮展鵬一直拒絕，「去到真係畫《跑攻籃球》先問我可唔可以嚟睇，我話唔好淨係睇，跟吓操啦，有體能教練可以幫到手，之後先正式入隊。」馮展鵬說：「我之前冇打過學界，未試過咁認真，開頭係冇乜信心。」之後發現，只要對籃球有熱誠，只要仍然喜歡，就應該繼續打籃球。就像說到難忘的籃球時刻，「《Slam Dunk》三井壽對山王的連續三分球。」曾經受過嚴重傷患再重返球場的人，一定能夠意會。

最後說到近排的NBA事件，喬靖夫說：「呢個係文化嘅衝突，我覺得遲早會發生。不過始終NBA嘅根喺美國，每一支球隊代表一個城市，球館又係納稅人畀錢起，所以冇妥協都唔算太意外。因為NBA係冇嘢可以代替到。調返轉，中國都需要NBA，因為佢擁有一樣全世界都冇嘅嘢，係每個籃球迷都想去睇嘅。我自己做創作，就好希望做到唔需要只依賴一個市場，而香港流行文化正正犯咗呢個錯。」

But you have a sense of love for him and the way that he can bring out the best in you. And he did that for me.

And I think that's what he would want for us to do.
