【鐵人賽事中能否使用攝影設備呢？】
在看Richard Murray的影片，這是他上週參加ITU World Cahmpionship賽前/中/後所剪輯的影片。
有幾個小細節可分享：
1. Richard Murray是南非人，2012與2016奧運鐵人三項選手，2016是第4名。
2. 常出現在他影片裡的女生叫Rachel Klamer，是他今年娶進門的妻子，但最妙的是，雖Rachel代表荷蘭，但其實是在辛巴威出生的（要查一下地圖才知這國家在那）。這兩人都是ITU世界級的選手，他們的影片裡有蠻多他們訓練的過程，有興趣可看。
3. 16:37處，Richard Murray介紹他的單車，有一處較為有趣，他用單盤的大盤，在三鐵車上慢慢有許多選手用，公路車仍少見，但確實他們的比賽裡也不太需要用到小盤啦！ 而Murray有介紹這大盤是來自台灣的 digirit, 真的不得不講，台灣在自行車領域的研發與製造能力是非常強的！我們有這優勢，要更認真提升自行車實力水平才配得起這樣的產品！ 當然，別忘了還有很棒的DT SWISS輪組！
4. 重點來了，他帶著GoPro去比ITU，19:20處開始有比賽片段，ITU的賽事都是不斷繞圈，速度又快，其實危險程度都蠻高的，可以用第一視角看一下。
但我真正想討論的正題是：正式比賽中能錄影嗎？ 這讓我很好奇的去查了賽事規則！
ITU版本：Cameras, phone cameras, and video cameras are prohibited unless permission is given by the ITU or the license holder of the event. If such permission is given, it is the athlete’s responsibility to notify the Head Referee of such permission prior to the start of the competition. Athletes seen with an unauthorized camera, phone camera, or video camera will be disqualified.
另外補充給你IRONMAN 2020最新版規則：Cameras, phone cameras, and video cameras are prohibited unless permission is given by IRONMAN. If such permission is given by IRONMAN, it is the athlete’s responsibility to
