台萬工業股份有限公司創立於1983年，主要產品為自行車踏板、座墊及自行車相關零組件。銷售據點包括：荷蘭，印尼、臺灣、捷克、德國，是全世界最大的踏板製造商之一，更是少數可同時掌握生產研發、品牌與銷售通路。
台萬從導入機器手臂的自動化起，逐步走向自動產線，同時也加入自動AOI品檢產線，逐步邁向智慧製造及數位轉型，藉以改善傳統的人工作業與管理模式。
由於台萬為中堅企業，於108年底由中衛的產業關懷，了解到中衛中心可以協助台萬的數位轉型需求，從整體藍圖規劃到全面性的改善，包含智慧化工廠佈建、供應鏈資訊整合、戰情室的建立、生產排程與AI預測應用等協助，並申請政府的產創平台計畫，透過政府資源協助台萬更快速的走向數位轉型目標，也陪伴台萬一同打造未來發展的藍圖，更希望能與中衛一同打造國家隊，協助台灣產業升級。
