教育部-體育署領騎活動主持-新北場

本次領騎活動行經觀光景點五堵鐵路隧道為日據初期所闢建，修繕後成為自行車連通道，成為銜接汐止到基隆的最後一哩路。五堵舊隧道保留古色古香磚造圓拱形隧道的原貌，增設照明和地面自行車道，並於隧道口涵洞規劃車友休憩區，外型設計以大型時光機為概念，彩繪藝術牆加上繽紛光影也成為地方新亮點。
「新北市基隆河自行車道」除了可就近連結捷運南港展覽館站外，並將環島自行車引入基隆河濱自行車道，避免與汽機車共道，另藉由本次整建強化新北、臺北及基隆市自行車道串連，實現北北基自行車道1日路網，增進民眾騎乘安全同時親近水域自然環境。

該改善路段運用基隆河高灘地空間闢建鄰河岸路線，工程109年3月開工，於12月31日完工，新路線讓市民朋友們有更舒適且親近水岸之騎乘環境，這段開通後，基隆河汐止河濱自行車道總長度已達16.8公里
