To assist #MSMEs and startups in getting through COVID-19, the Korean Ministry of SMEs and Startups launched a project facilitating MSMEs and startups #digital_transformation and developing an AI-based analysis platform.

#Digital_Transformation is also one of the major projects that #SMEA has been promoting and facilitating.
SMEA not only provides abundant resources to support domestic enterprises but also proposes related initiatives and publishes several reports in APEC.

To enhance “SMEs Go Digital programme” and address urgent COVID-19 challenges, The Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA) and Enterprise Singapore (ESG) have jointly introduced the Stay Healthy, Go Digital programme, to assist SMEs in building digital capabilities amid pandemic via expanding the scope and raising co-funding support of pre-approved solutions and encouraging SMEs to register on the Nationwide E-invoicing Network.

With the advancement of technology, it is well recognized that Digital Transformation is a key element for the future development of small and medium enterprises. As the proposer of the initiate of online to offline, we have launched several reports to promote and spread the concept.

2019 is the concluding year for APEC O2O initiatives, with the intention of extending the pass-on influence, we released the "APEC Guidebook on SME Embracing Digital Transformation", which covers issues of:
