我一直以來都是WD的忠實客戶 我也只買WD的硬碟
最近買了my book外接硬碟發現裡面的旅行插頭沒有台灣的 只有中國的
確認說明書和前幾代的版本後 (說明書1號接頭是台灣 美國)
去跟購買處反映 我們再開了一盒發現狀況也是一樣
跟WD客服與台北服務中心反映後
得到答案是台灣跟中國可以共用以及多打那兩個洞成本比較高
( ̄□ ̄|||)a 騙鬼膩 說明書上都有特別標台灣了
因為舊的my book有壞軌去RMA回來 得到升級版的mybook以及台灣的接頭
我與客服反應是用匿名電話反映 RMA卻得到正確的接頭
實在搞不懂為什麼販售的版本沒有台灣的接頭
客服還跟我唬爛沒有生產台灣的
國家小連要一個適當的接頭都很困難
純屬抱怨
