Bangkok is a city of malls, markets and endless shopping … but most of those malls are selling clothes, and really how many clothes does a person need. Every Wednesday, the weekend chatuchak market transforms into a heaven for plant lovers. Designed for professionals looking to buy stuff for landscape jobs, it’s also a way for all of us to get our hands on really cool stuff for next to nothing. Prices are beyond cheap and there’s enough plants to keep you entertained all day long.

Come with us as we start reworking our balcony garden, shopping for plants and seeing what takes at home. Keep watching too, because I have feeling we’ll be heading back for more and more plants. One can never have enough:)

Ready to look & feel good now? About Us LUKE I was one of those kids who got Ds in gym class and As in math class. I went to university in 1995 for Computer Science and fueled my body with Doritos and Slurpees. I dropped out of school 2 years later to move to San Francisco and work at a series of health-care startups (ironic because I was not doing much to take care of my own health). One day I woke up, got bored with it all and decided to change gears and become ... a yoga teacher. I studied first with Larry Schultz, then moved to Los Angeles to study with Noah Williams and Kiki Flynn. I made two extended trip to Mysore, India to study with Sri Pattabhi Jois and for have taught yoga in Bangkok where I live with my husband, Tae since 2004. Every morning (well most mornings) we wake up and practice together in our condo, then I split my time between teaching and running two YouTube channels. This channel is about our lives, the way we eat and the stuff we do. I hope you dig it. TAE
