Sure I like to take care of my body from the inside with yoga and healthy eating, but sometimes that’s not enough. I’ve of a mind that if there’s something you can do that makes you look better and feel more self-confident, then do it. Don’t worry if it’s not 100% natural, treat yourself, take care of yourself and love yourself.
