Main mix:
* ½ part plain yogurt
* 1 part cream cheese

Salmon layer:
* Smoked salmon
* Yogurt/cream cheese mix
* Lemon juice
* Red onion
* Touch of pepper

Shrimp/egg layer:
* Yogurt/cream cheese mix
* boiled egg, minced
* Shrimp
* lemon juice
* Touch of pepper

今年中秋節來點不一樣的烤肉吧
不要再吃吐司夾肉片了～～～
五星主廚快餐車是我很愛的一部電影
不小心就看了好幾十次
每次看了都好想試試看他的古巴三明治
所以這次決定來做個簡易版本
簡單的烤肉加上煎到焦脆的軟法根本完美

Tips.
➡️ 肉比較後要醃久一點，講究一點可以用低溫170度烤1個小時，或是70度舒肥4小時
➡️ 一定要加黃芥末醬喔！綠芥末不行～
➡️ 如果沒有熱壓機，可以用平底鍋加一個重物用壓的

👩‍🍳【食譜】👨‍🍳
■豬肉 350g
■柳橙 1/2顆
■檸檬 1/2顆
■桂冠黑胡椒醬 1包
■軟法麵包/維耶納麵包 2條
■醃黃瓜 適量
■火腿片 適量
■瑞士起士片 適量
■黃芥末醬
■奶油 適量

👩‍🍳【作法】👨‍🍳
1.將豬肉用叉子表面插洞，用黑胡椒醬以及柳橙汁醃一個晚上
2.將醃好的豬肉氣炸200度20分鐘
3.法國麵包上下切對半，內部抹上奶油後在鍋子上煎過。
烤過的麵包內部抹上黃芥末，
再擺上切片的黑胡椒豬肉、火腿片、起士片、醃黃瓜、蓋上麵包後在表面塗上奶油
用重物壓緊上方，兩面皆烤過就完成

不知道是不是因為天氣變冷的關係，我前一陣子突然好想吃熱呼呼的臭豆腐，不是炸的，是煮的那種。原本想說就買外頭的解解饞，但想想又覺得外頭賣的偏油且不清楚食材，所以就決定自己來做 香辣臭豆腐。
