我真的覺得自己在今年度
對於保養的觀念和彩妝知識增進不少
也使用了很多的產品
集結成這集要跟大家分享

保養最重要的一個觀念
就是必須徹底了解自己的膚質和膚況
再去選擇適合的產品
千萬不可以一味的跟風買明星商品
更換的速度也不宜過快，約一季為一個週期
更換時也必須慢慢的替換
例如原本用Ａ牌化妝水Ｂ牌精華液Ｃ牌乳液
不要三牌保養品都同時換掉的意思

保養真的是一門學問
規律的運動和飲食喝水對於肌膚也有很大的影響
畢竟最了解你們的皮膚狀況的還是妳們自己
我只能從自己的經驗當中分享給大家
