เพราะล้างหน้าแล้วผิวสะอาด แต่ก็ยังรักษาสมดุลผิวไว้ ผิวยังคงชุ่มชื้น
ไม่ทำให้ผิวแห้งตึงหลังล้างหน้า ด้วยสารสกัดจาก Vitamin B5
และชอบที่ช่วยรักษาสิวได้จริง เพราะในช่วงที่ใช้ เรามีสิวอุดตันขึ้นอยู่ข้างแก้ม ซึ่งช่วงแรกๆหัวสิวจะยังแข็งๆอยู่ พอใช้ติดต่อกันมาเรื่อยๆ เวลาล้างหน้า หัวสิวเค้าจะหลุดออกมาได้เอง หรือบางเม็ด ถ้าหัวสิวไม่หลุด

6 biji telur
1 cawan gula caster
1 sb ovelette
1¾ cawan tepung naik sendiri
¼ cawan susu segar
150g butter (cairkan baru timbang)
1 sk esen vanilla
BAHAN B
Pewarna ikut citarasa
Cara²nya ~

Masukkan kesemua bahan A KECUALI butter ke dlm mixer & putarkan sehingga kembang & gebu guna high speed ~warna adunan hendaklah jadi putih gebu.
Kemudian baru masukkan butter yg dah dicairkan tadi (masukkan ketika butter masih suam supaya kek jadi gebu ).
Kacau sebatikan menggunakan senduk / spatula saja.
Setelah sebati bahagikan adunan kpd 2 bahagian.
Satu biarkan warna asal & satu lagi masukkan bahan B.
Sediakan loyang 8" @ 9" yg disapukan butter & lapiklah dengan baking paper.
Bolehlah mula melapis adunan tadi mengikut citarasa anda.
Setelah habis lorekkan atas kek dengan lidi jika suka.
Panaskan oven dulu 5 minit. Setkan suhu 150 ° C masa 50 ~ 1 jam.
Bakar menggunakan rak paling bawah ~ api atas & bawah.
Bila dah 45 minit bolehlah buka oven cucuk dengan lidi kek tadi~ samada dah masak ke belum.
Jika belum masak sambung lagi sehingga cukup 1 jam ~ boleh kurangkan suhu ke 130 ° C jika atas kek dah agak gelap.
Setelah masak sejukkan atas redai & potonglah ikut suka hati....siap & selamat mencuba 😋.

FLUFFY MARBLE CAKE
The ingredients ~

MATERIAL A
6 eggs
1 cups of sugar caster
1 sb ovelette
1¾ cups of flour up by myself
¼ cups of fresh milk
150 g butter (just weighing it down)
1 sk vanilla vanilla essence
MATERIAL B
Dyes follow the taste
The ways ~
=========
Put all the ingredients A EXCEPT butter into the mixer & spin it until it blooms & fluffy using high speed ~ the color of the mix should be white and fluffy.
Then put in the butter that was melted just now (insert it when the butter is still warm so that the cake becomes fluffy).
Fucked up using a spatula / spatula.
After mixing the mix into 2 parts.
One let the original color & another insert B material.
Prepare the 8 ′′ @ 9 ′′ brass with butter & cover it with baking paper.
Can start layering the mix just now according to your taste.
After finish lorek the cake with stick if you like.
Heat up the oven for 5 minutes. Set the temperature of 150° C time 50 ~ 1 hours.
Burn using bottom shelf ~ top & bottom fire.
When it's already 45 minutes you can open the oven and poke the cake stick just now ~ whether it's cooked yet.
If you haven't cooked yet continue until 1 hours ~ can reduce the temperature to 130° C if the cake is darker.
After cooking cool down on redai & cut it according to your heart.... ready & good luck trying 😋.

Happy New Year ! It is MosoGourmet's 10th anniversary this year !
We liked out Whole Strawberry Daifuku video and are recent Mandarin Orange Raindrop Cake video was also very well received, so this time we decided to make daifuku with whole tangerines! The tangerines are put through a lot by being boiled and cooled with water twice, but the result is a really fresh tasting sweet. We've got whole series of whole fruit daifuku on our hands!
* Recipe * (Makes 3 tangerine daifuku)
Peel the tangerine neatly
1. Boil water in a pot.
2. Turn off the heat, place 3 tangerines (small tangerines, approx 70g each) in the water and cover with a lid.
3. Place in cold water
4. When they have cooled down, peel the skin off from the top downward.
5. Color 50 mL of water with orange food coloring.
6. Mix one tablespoon of sugar into 55g of rice flour.
7. Add the colored water into the flour mixture slowly, kneading as you go. Adjust the amount of water to make it as hard as your ear lobe.
8. Divide into 3 pieces (approximately 35g each).
9. Make them into a circle, add 5g of white bean paste and wrap up the tangerines prepared in step 4.
If it's hard to wrap the the tangerine, it may help to wet your fingers with the water remaining from step 5.
10. Poke small holes in the daifuku with a toothpick.
11. Place in boiling water for 4 minutes,including the baking paper. You may boil them a little longer if you're worried.
12. Place in cold water to cool down.
13. Decorate with mint leaves.
14. It's time to eat! Because they're sticky, it's best to wet your hands before eating or hold the baking paper.

丸ごといちご大福に続いて、茹でて作る丸ごとみかん大福、作りました。2回茹でられ、水にも2回入れられるという試練に耐えた みかんですが、できあがりはフレッシュな味わいです。丸ごと大福、シリーズ化の予感。（正確には白玉なのでなんちゃって大福ですね。）
*レシピ*（3みかん大福 分）
みかんの皮をきれいに剥きます
１．鍋に湯を沸かします。
２．火を止め、みかん 3個（Sサイズ 1個 およそ70g）を入れフタをして5分待つ。
３．冷水に取る。
４．粗熱が取れたら、上部分から下に向かって皮を剥く。
５．水 50mlを食用色素でオレンジに着色する。
６．白玉粉 55gに砂糖 大さじ 1 入れ混ぜる。
７．６に５を様子を見ながら加え、こねる。耳たぶくらいのかたさになるように水の量を調整する。
８．７を3等分にする。1個およそ35g。
９．８を丸く広げ、白あん 5gをのせ、４のみかんを包む。
包みきれないときは、生地を付け足し、余った５を指で付けて均すとよい。
１０．爪楊枝で９に点々をつける。
１１．オーブンシートのまま、沸騰したお湯で4分弱茹でる。心配ならばもうちょっと茹でてください。
１２．冷水に取り冷ます。
１３．ミントの葉を飾る。
１４．いただきます。くっつきやすいので、手を濡らしたり、オーブンシートを活用したりすると良いです。
