planner app推薦 在 [討論] 請推薦好用的工作管理app - 看板iOS - 批踢踢實業坊 的必吃
小弟一直苦於尋找好用的行事曆/工作管理，曾經用過不少，但不太能符合自己的需求，
小弟的要求是：
1.To-Do(task)類跟行事曆類必須能溝通支援，
最好是一邊寫了新資料、另一邊可以直接出現，
換言之，To-Do 與 Calender 應該是任務的兩種視角，而不是兩件事。
2.希望以 Google Calender 為底層，office 365 做為底層也可以。
3.表現方式基本上是 Calender 與 To-do，如果能有類似 Trello 更好。
4.跨平台，win/ios/android 是基本。
小弟曾經嘗試過：
一、Microsoft To-do + Outlook
心得是，Outlook 桌面版本好龐雜，設定自動化的過程有點門檻，
手機版本不及格，加上微軟日常的慢吞吞......
二、Google Calender / Task
最簡單，網頁 Calender 可以有限度產生 task，甚至可以直接從 email 產生，
反之還沒找到如何由 task 設定 Calender。
如果能找到就好了，不然同一個任務在兩套 app 輸入兩次真的很蠢。
app 版本就算了，就當作是桌機版本負責設定、行動版本負責顯示
三、Planner Pro
雖然只能在 iPhone / iPad 上頭跑，能同時顯示 Calender 與 Task 很方便，
還能讀取 Google / iphone 的 Calender、待辦事項，介面漂亮，
但坦白說， Task 與 Calender 還是獨立運作，還是得輸入兩次。
四、OnmiFocus
這套基本上堪稱完美，
對 Calender 讀取顯示很方便，似乎不能寫入 Google Calender？
多視角的檢視能力很棒，只有三個缺點：
1) 設定很繁複，強大到如果一開始沒設定好，後面會連輸入任務都懶
2) 付費很貴， 2 版貴，3 版改訂閱制，更貴，貴到我很懷疑其實我沒那麼忙
3) 就蘋果生態系，跨平台就蘋果家機種跨而已。
不知道有沒有先進用過更優秀的任務軟體值得推薦？謝謝.....
