Bahan-Bahan Pancake
3 biji kuning telur
1 sb susu full cream
1 sk esen vanilla
33 gm tepung kek (diayak)
1/2 sk serbuk penaik (diayak)
Bahan-Bahan Meringue
3 biji putih telur
1/4 sk serbuk tartar
2 sb gula
Cara memasak
1. Untuk pancake, kacau kuning telur seketika.
2. Masukkan susu full cream dan esen vanila, gaulkan seketika.
3. Ayakkan tepung kek dan serbuk penaik. Gaulkannya sehingga sebati.
4. Untuk meringue, pukul putih telur sehingga berbuih.
5. Masukkan serbuk tartar dan pukul seketika.
6. Masukkan gula sedikit demi sedikit dan pukul sehingga soft peak.
7. Gaulkan adunan pancake dan meringue sehingga sebati.
8. Panaskan pan dan oleskan sedikit minyak.
9. Tuangkan sedikit adunan dan masak selama 3 minit menggunakan api perlahan. Kemudian terbalikkannya dan masak selama 3 minit.
10. Setelah itu, hidangkan pancake souffle bersama madu dan buah-buahan pilihan anda.

Pancake Ingredients
3 egg yolks
1 tbsp of full cream milk
1 tsp of vanilla essence
33 gm of cake flour (sifted)
1/2 tsp of baking powder (sifted)
Meringue Ingredients
3 egg whites
1/4 tsp cream of tartar
2 tbsp of sugar
Cooking methods
1. For pancake, lightly beat egg yolks for a while.
2. Pour in full cream milk and vanilla essence, mix for a while.
3. Sift cake flour and baking powder together. Mix them well.
4. For meringue, beat egg whites until foamy.
5. Add cream of tartar and beat for a while.
6. Add sugar bit by bit and beat until soft peak.
7. Stir pancake batter with meringue until well-mixed.
8. Heat frying pan and grease with a little bit of oil.
9. Pour small amount of batter onto it and cook for 3 minutes and flip, cook for another 3 minutes. Make sure to use low heat.
10. Then, serve souffle pancake with honey and fruits that you like.
